They posted my ink cartridges but a few days later I received an email from Royal Mail saying there was a problem with the parcel and they're returning it to Ink Jungle. At no time did I receive the item. I contacted Ink Jungle and asked for a refund. They refused until they've received the item back from Royal Mail. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it clearly states that they are responsible for the item until it is received by the buyer. If there's a problem with the delivery, it's a contract between the seller and the courier, but Ink Jungle absolutely refuses to refund until they've received the item back. They even stayed this is to prevent fraud, which I understand they think I am trying to defraud them. How, if I have paid for an item and not received it, and I've forwarded the relevant email from Royal Mail to say they cannot complete the delivery, but will return to sender? Shocking customer service. I shan't use them again.

Hubby bought a set of 3 ink cartridges from Ink Jungle off Tesco Marketplace. Price for 2 black & 1 colour £20.95. Received 1 black, 1 colour. Chased it up. Company said was an error in listing price so refused to send the three!!!. Said could return for refund (how when they were in printer I don't know!), but then that would mean paying another £16 for the 3 cartridges now they have put the correct listing on!! Mistake it might have been, but should have been honoured, then the listing changed. The listing was changed but still refusing to send the missing cartridge. Why are some businesses so shortsighted?? Have they never heard of decency and goodwill?? Obviously not in this case. Don't bother. Plenty more decent companies out there. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but sorry, not in this case. All it would have taken, would be to rapidly send the missing black cartridge, which probably costs them a fiver in the first place!!!! Bad move Ink Jungle.

If you buy and it’s the wrong cartridge they do no allow return and replacement with the correct cartridge. If like me you order in advance do not put in the cupboard, openn and check the day it arrives. At £143 no compassion, no discussion, blanket refusal! You guessed it 1st use to last use in one go. You have been warned.

This is the worst company i have had the misfortune to have had dealings with they sent me a faulty printer cartrige got intouch with them and they say they have sent mevs pre paid return label and they have not terrible company no phone number to phone up to complain I HAVE CHECKED MY LOCAL ASDA AND THEY STOCK MY PRINTER CARTRIDGES DO WILL PURCHASE FROM ASDA NEXT TIME VERY EASY TO EXCHANGE AT ASDA

First time with ink jungle via tesco marketplace. Order arrived in good order and I liked that you can return the old cartridges to them instead of putting in house rubbish
Empty envelope arrived .. now ghosted
Empty envelope arrived, cartridge either pilfered by courier or never sent. Accused of something around theft/fraud/lying. How do you evidence not having received something in an empty envelope? … no replacement, no refund, now being ghosted/ignored.
Buy direct from Amazon’s HP (or other OEM’s store), this lot are hostile and rude.
Also overpriced.

I've been buying from them for over 2 years now. I always place a new order when installing the current one so that I always have cartridges on hand when the current ones run out.
The current ones wouldn't print and, on removal, black ink was spilled all over the place and the cartridge had been badly assembled, if not broken, when being refilled. Not a question of the ink drying out, or some fault of mine.
I contacted them with photos, and a scan of the current delivery note, dated April 2025.
They refused to replace the cartridges due to a 'policy' of a 6-month limit on their guarantee. I told them that this was a shabby way of treating a faithful customer, and that I would never deal with them again.
