Worthless Cartridge

The black cartridge I purchased was completely empty and they refused to send a replacement or refund my money. Thankfully, I bought it through amazon and they are going to sort it out for me. I will never buy from ink jungle again. Please be careful, it's not worth the hassle!

In true DPD style

In true DPD style, it wasn't delivered and no indication of where or when it will be.. Usual complete incompetence of DPD delivery drivers.

Oven lamps

I ordered some oven bulbs via Amazon. They were cheaper than any others and included delivery in the price. The bulbs arrived by Royal Mail two days later. I fitted one without any problems and it works as expected.

Twice in succession supplied faulty ink…

Twice in succession supplied faulty ink cartridges and use wearing down tactics when seeking a replacement until you give up. Prices too good to be true, which turns out to be true, best avoided when buying ink cartridges. Apparently had many complaints

Stay away. Do not buy remanufactured ink.

I would never buy a remanufactured ink cartridge again. The ink cartridges I purchased from ink jungle via eBay never worked properly. The print colour was washed out and not rich in colour. The black ink left gaps every 2 mm of print. When I complained to ink jungle via eBay, they wouldn't refund me but instead patronized me asking to make sure I've used clean mode and deep clean mode on the printer heads etc.
It's not worth trying to save a few quid. Just but the real thing. They will not give you a refund if you encounter problems. This company is shocking. Do not use them.
