I purchased two ink cartridges for my printer the colour is empty the firm told me to try several things which I did but nothing happened they asked me to send photos but unfortunately you cannot send photos total rip off.......................

Received faulty cartridge. Returned it in the envelope provided. Refund received in a satisfactory manner via eBay.

Do not buy compatibles. They don’t work and I doubt that they are fully tested before despatch. Eventually got a refund after going to the trouble of sending back faulty cartridges

Black ink cartridge for hp2700 would not fit into my printer. Never had problems before. Like others, I wish I'd have read reviews first. I've emailed them but no response.
Don't use this company.

I have ordered ink a couple of times and have received excellent service and cartridges have been fine.
When I last ordered was unable to apply the loyalty discount, I contacted Ink Jungle and they rectified the problem immediately

Rubbish. Genuine Canon cartridges last me about a year. These have lasted 3 months and have printed about 20 pages. EBay sale.

Like other reviewers have said, I wished I’d looked at the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing their ink cartridges. I bought 2 boxes of black and coloured cartridges. The black have been ok although my printer shows even their new cartridges as being virtually empty. I didn’t use the colour replacements for just over 6 months and neither cartridge worked. On complaint they said that as their cartridges were over 6 months old they had probably dried up. I pointed out that nowhere on their advertising or on the packaging does it state a use by date. They have not answered this question but told me their cartridges are warranted for 6 months so they weren’t interested in resolving my complaint even after I told them their products say nothing about length of warranty. They then start quoting consumer regs at me. Do not buy from this Company. They do not deserve to be in business.

Dont buy ANYTHING from inkjungle i bought 3 4m usb c cables and adapter for charging plug not ONE of them work straight out of the bag apple have abysmal customer service but their products are better than inkjungles

I wish to God I had read reviews first. I was happy to making at least a £12 saving on ink cartridges. Now it's worked out more expensive as I have buy another Ink cartridge as InkJungle product defective. I got 5 copies and then flashing message ink empty! Very very disappointed. Cant be bothered to contact them. I will just stick to expensive authentic product in future.

Not working properly, unfortunately I bought 2 pack of color and black ink cartridges, and only used it to print 10 papers , and error message appearing on printer , asking to replace with genuine ink.

Like other users have stated, I have brought Ink Jungle cartridges via Amazon before with no problems. The first time buying direct (to benefit from 5% discount) and I received faulty cartridges. I have reported this 3 times now via their website. Not even an acknowledgement, let alone a refund! I wish I'd read the reviews before purchase! AVOID

I've purchased from Ink Jungle many times via Amazon without issue. No issue with the products, delivery or anything.

I made the decision to buy direct, this is where I went wrong. I purchased an ink cartridge product from them which I'd not purchased before - by all accounts it was a 'recycled' cartridge, with a few hoops to jump through before my printer would accept it.

This arrangement was also reiterated by a 'note' included with the product. The product worked for printing the first 3 sheets of paper, and then flat refused to print any more. I asked for a refund.

THEY WILL NOT REFUND ON A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. (This is probably all you need to know).

Very poor quality set of cartirdges. The printer does not recognise the cartridge capacities.

I ordered 305XLs, only got 305, instead. It seems the company is just milking its customers.

avoid buying any cartridges from 'InkJungle'.

BEWARE They advertise selling original HP cartridges however i was sent one clearly a recycled or knock off. Didnt work and messed up my printer !!! They then ask me to return to their RECYCLING centre.

Purchased a cartridge from their ebay store, sold as "replaces PG-540XL", yet it contains considerably less ink than PG-540XL, which wasn't mentioned in the description at the time of purchase.
The seller offered to take the cartridge back for a refund, but as they make the process of returning it complicated and time consuming, so I decided not to waste further time.
Disappointed and misled with my purchase.

Provide a lovely service. Great prices and delivery time is excellent. Would recommend this company.

I have been trying to install the 2 new ink cartridges I purchased from Ink Jungle without success. They fit perfectly into my HP Deskjet 2710e printer however there is no way to get my printer to accept them? I have tried to follow the installation instructions given by Ink Jungle however I still can't get my printer to work.
I am waiting for a response from Ink Jungle regarding assistance with this problem however, as yet, have not received one.

Absolutely impossible to create an account. At it for over an hour. No telephone numbers. And no email support arrived.

Even if there are savings to be made it simply is not worth the time or stress.
What a very odd way to run a business.

Was initially given bad advice off Kelly to snap items off cartridge to make it fit my printer which couldn't be snapped off and was clearly too big for the space to fit in printer, felt like advice that wouldn't be out of place on the comedy show the IT Crowd. She even had nails as long as the cartridge itself and asking me to snap bits off the plastic when it seemed a tricky task for the seller to do, when they sent a screen shot over to me on how to do that!! Total utter farce.

Also they were very pedantic in regards to exchanging item when opened after the initial period for refund which still had orange strip on it, and could have been sold as new as no ink was used. When I would have been happy for it to be exchanged for correct compatible cartridges. Didnt seem like they knew what they were talking about.

I won't recommend this company or going here ever again for a service! Avoid their company on Amazon like the plague!!

I bought an HP 302 inkjet cartridge which was delivered quickly. However when installing the cartridge the printer gave a 'ink alert' warning. Reinserting the old cartridge removed the error but of course I couldn't print black.
I spoke with Kelly at Inkjungle who was very helpful providing a better return address. I returned the cartridge without cost. The refund was paid quickly.
