First class service all the way, all staff extremely friendly and very helpful with excellent product knowledge. Heater was dispatched the same day for next day delivery, couldn’t fault the after sales service when they even made a call to asked if I had received delivery and if all goods were to my requirements. Will be using them again and will recommend them to all my colleagues

I bought an air conditioning unit and Andrew from the companyt was most patient and helpfull when I experienced difficulties setteling my account on line. His after sales service was supberb and left an impression with me that the customer is important to the company unlike many I have dealt with.

Once the deal was done I received a confirmation by email and a day later another email to let me know of the next day delivery. The goods were indeed delivered the next day and I am very happy with both the product and the service.

The products that I ordered were delivered within two days, as agreed, safely (given that they were very fragile) and the price was significantly below that I paid for the original items that I was replacing.

HAVING BEEN SENT THE WRONG GOODS FROM ANOTHER FIRM WHO DIDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR EMAILS I CONTACTED INNOVATE AND HE WAS AN ABSOLUTE STAR, PHONED ME BACK WITHIN SECONDS CONFIRMED HE HAD STOCK, UNLIKE OTHERS, PROMISED NEXT DAY DELIVERY & SURE ENOUGH THEY ARRIVED NEXT DAY, EVEN CONTACTED ME TO CHECK ALL WAS OK. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
