Purchased an Air Conditioning unit for my home (KYR-25CO/X1C 9000BTU Mobile Air Conditioner With A Toshiba Compressor) on Tuesday 22nd July 2014 just after 1pm, delivered the following day around 10.30am, excellent delivery service. Unit was up and running in our lounge within a few minutes to keep us cool, only needed it on low output and cooled lounge/dining room with cool air going upstairs, brilliant product especially in this warm weather.......a WORTHWHILE PURCHASE....

I purchased an electric woodburning stove on Tuesday evening on the website, received a telephone call the following day to arrange delivery and the goods arrived the day after that. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and the price but, even more than that, I was enormously impressed with the quality and speed of their service. Amazing. I really doubt that it could be bettered. I can't recommend Innovate Electrical Supplies enough!

I decided to order my electric fire from Innovateelectricalsupplies because of the very competitive price and the excellent reviews. You very rarely get both.
I was not disppointed. Communication was excellent, delivery was prompt and the item came very well packaged. I even had a follow up email after delivery as a courtesy. What more can one ask for?

I was very pleased to find the products I was looking for - particular light bulbs not readily available in the supermarket or DIY store - and at a competitive price. In fact, I saw these items on a few other websites but at a higher price. Innovate offered a very good service, with email order confirmation and updates on dispatch. I looked for fires Monday morning and found this company via google and they were very competitive and gave free delivery.
Because of this I purchased and the fire was delivered the next morning and the delivery company even gave a 1 hour estimated delivery on the day.

I wanted an air conditioning unit to heat/dry my workshop and found innovate online, they offered the best pricing with free delivery, subject to order size, and the availability of the landline contact for assistance if required I found reassuring.

Having trawled the net for the best price you always worry if you're sacrificing service for competitive pricing. Not in this case. I ordered the part received two confirmation emails and a text telling me the hour it would be delivered in. and yes it arrived bang on time the next day. Normally I steer clear of buying on the web but on this occasion I'm glad I did.

I placed an order with Innovate back in 2011 and was more than happy with their advice, price, product and service, and I needed the same item - ceiling fan - for my new house. Andy very kindly looked up my old order and got me the same ceiling fan code etc and I was able to order the same one once again!
It arrived as expected on time, and I have found Innovate to be the best priced - along with great customer service so its a win-win situation and no need to go anywhere else!

The Dimplex heater in question was a good price and was delivered free. The service was fast, order to delivery in just two days, with personal touches such as following up the scheduled delivery with an email. I will certainly use this company again if the need arises
