Ordered dimplex fire on Thursday, received an email within a very short space of time to say item was dispatched for delivery on Friday. On Friday morning I received a telephone call to update me with delivery details and was given the tracking number, item arrived later that day, I then got an email on Monday to check delivery had arrived and that I was happy with the product.
Excellent service and I would highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a DeLonghi dehumidifier from Innovate Electrical Supplies Ltd, after the purchase I received a polite email (not an automated one) saying thank you for my purchase this email also included when the item would be dispatched and when it would arrive.
Sure enough everything went like clockwork and the dehumidifier was with me in two days as promised, there was a little hiccup with the product so I contacted them via email about my problem with the purchased item and got a response within minutes, needless to say the customer service I received was efficient and professional and my problem with the product was resolved very quickly.

I wish everything I ordered on the internet was as easy as dealing with this company.

Wanted a Dimplex Mozart electric fire suite and searched the web relentlessly to find best deal and that came up as Innovate Electrical. But price seemed to good, so phoned to check and the price found was indeed right. Also checked a few things about delivery, was happy and confident, so promptly ordered and paid as you do.
Have to say that the purchasing routine with Innovate was the fastest ever - had to be two minutes or so from initially going to the website to final paypal payment. Amazing! And no hassle of signing up or registering or dreaded passwords to remember either!
Then the customer service clicked in: I got emails of order acknowledgement and delivery. Then I got a phone call of the actual delivery arrangement. The fire was delivered next day, well within the delivery slot ,and I got an email saying the fire had been delivered was all ok.
So not only had a good deal on a very good fire but had the best on-line purchasing experience ever - absolutely hassle-free and am firmly of the opinion that if there had been a problem it would have been promptly and efficiently dealt with.
I wish Innovate Electrical sold absolutely everything then purchasing life on the web would be absolutely easy for everything! Come on other web sales sites, learn a lesson!!

Purchased Dimplex room heater on line yesterday lunch time - best price on line with free delivery.So helpful and polite when l rang. Delivered and installed by 9.30am next day as promised.What a great service !!! Andrew even rang me on morning of delivery to say what time it would be arriving.And it did,almost to the minute. Where can you get a better service than that ? I know where I'll shop for my electrical goods in the future !!!

Having placed my order for a Dimplex Cheritan LED Electric Fireplace at an excellent price at around 9-30pm Wednesday evening I received an immediate acknowledgement,with a follow up e-mail Thursday confirming my item was already going through packaging and despatch and would be delivered Friday.
It arrived early Friday in excellent condition and I had it unpacked up and working before 10am that is great service at it´s very best .

Good service, good communication and good delivery

This company had exactly what I wanted and their price was the best I could find. There were no hidden charges like big delivery ones - once committed to buy!
I ordered on a Sunday and received my item well packed two days later (Tue).

Innovate Electrical Supplies offer a very professional and excellent service. We received several follow up emails regarding our delivery so we knew what was happening and when to expect it. They are a very courteous company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We ordered and received our goods without any delay. Packaged well and working perfectly. Excellent service and follow up.

I needed a Dimplex bathroom heater, and Innovate had the best price with free delivery as it was over £100. I thought the delivery might be second rate as it was free but it came by DPD next day! Very well packed too.

Been looking for this dimplex Mozart electric fireplace for a while. This was the best price I found. Ordering was so easy, delivery was free and best of all it was delivered the very next day!. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way. That's what I call great customer service.
The fire was better than expect. It was slightly deeper than expected but that's down to my measurements. The flame effect is brilliant, almost as good as a real fire. Whilst the fan seemed noisy at first, now I don't notice it. The heat from it really makes my living room really warm and cosy. Best fire by far, sold by a company who's customer service is the best I've ever come across. Highly recommend to all.

Andrew was so helpful and ordering was a doddle, I asked for delivery to be held for a day, which it was, and DPD took over telling me they had the goods and they would be in touch Friday morning regarding delivery time. Sure enough I received a text at 9.30 saying item would be with me between 9.54 & 10.54 including the drivers name, also had a call from Andrew with the same info in case I hadn't seen the text, item was delivered at 10am. Worst part was waiting for my husband to come home to put it on the wall!

Following some research on the web the fire was found to be competitively priced including a free delivery service that let me know the hour timeslot in advance then delivered the goods on time and without damage. Also received a curteous follow up email to check all was ok. Good customer service so would highly recommend to others.

Ordered on the Wednesday ,regular updates on delivery time . Product arrived Thursday next day and even the delivery driver phoned to check all was ok product well packed up and working in 5 mins great qualiy . Polite follow up, would recommend anytime

The buying process was straight forward and easy. The product arrived exactly when expected and was just what I needed. It was fitted and working within a couple of hours. I found this supplier on-line when looking for an electric stove and they popped up in my google search and were the cheapest for the product.
