Does anyone actually work here?

Travel in July & have called a ridiculous amount of times to book a coach which P&O have already taken the money for. This charlatan company need taking down. NEVER pick the phone up. Getting concerned now as sent emails with NO reply. Customer service is zero. Called at 5.45pm today & out of hours voicemail says hours are 9am - 5.30pm but website says 6pm. Smell a 🐀 here

What a shambles …

What a shambles no one answers the phone like all the other reviews on this site, I have sent e-mails no reply, how on earth are you supposed to book your coach when you can’t get though, can’t P&O themselves sort this out, it’s part of what they offer and if it can’t be fulfilled then remove it from the booking options, I will have to try and make other arrangements if I had known this was going to happen I would have spent my money else where.

My son made a mistake when booking and…

My son made a mistake when booking and after numerous calls and emails we cannot get a response to amend the booking!
Disgraceful company, useless!
Since found out the drop off point is at a service station on the motorway, what use is that?
Just terrible all around.

Absolutely terrible service

To be honest I cannot add more than what has been stated in previous reviews. This company is a disgrace and I cannot for the life of me understand why P&O use them.
Kept hanging on for over 40 minutes then cut off! Not once but 3 times!
Emailed no response.
Do they want to survive as business or not? As Victor Meldrew would say,
“Unbelievable!!!”

Dreadful company

What is going on with this company?? I’ve tried patiently for over a fortnight to contact them at various times throughout the day without success. I’ve hung on the phone for up to 30 minutes (I know some people have waited longer) which I find totally unacceptable (even if they are short staffed) and then given up. Out of decency to customers I think they could at least change their telephone message to explain the delays and get rid of that dreadful music. I was advised by my travel provider to contact them via email, but that has also gone unanswered. Is there actually anybody working there??

Cannot contact this company at all...Useless.

Cannot contact this company at all. Been trying for over 3 weeks, no-one answers or you get cut off. In the morning they say its open from 9 till 5:30 and in the evening it says it's open from 8 till 7pm! I have emailed them via their contact page 3 times and never had a response. Why do P&O do business with such a poor Company. I had problems with them on the return journey last year, as well.

Disgusted that this company wont pick up the phone

Like many other travelers, I too have been on the phone trying to get through to this company to book my seats to Southampton

P&O say they cant do anything, travel agent says the same

Association with this company is doing P&O Cruises no good at all. I will seriously consider using them from Southampton if this is the best they can offer

I am truly sick and tired of hearing companies who wont pick up the phone tell me they are short of staff - not good enough!!!"!

Are they still operating?

Phone line rings unobtainable during listed office hours although "office closed" voicemail kicks in after hours.
Have emailed them 3 times to enquire if they have a service on 10NOV23 to Southampton for Princess Cruise but no reply.
Have since found a service with Eavesway with whom, whilst not potentially as convenient, I am about to book.
Having just seen the reviews on Trustpilot this seems a wise decision. If their service is non existent when trying to do business with them I certainly do not want the worry that this extends to the operation of a bus service on the day.

Shame on P&O

No staff to answer calls; poor customer service; Shame on P&O to use this as their preferred travel partner for coach journeys. Puts me off their whole cruise company next time !!

non existant customer service

I have tried phoning and emailing Intercruises and there is no response. As in previous reviews I am left on hold for half an hour but never get through. 3 emails have not been answered. I was sent an email from them confirming my cancellation of a coach journey which I did NOT make. I am now trying to find another way to contact them. I have emailed P and O twice but have not got an answer from them either! It is appalling customer service.

Booked coach transfer to Southampton…

Booked coach transfer to Southampton had to cancel through illness I was told I would get my refund 5 to 7 working days 3 weeks later no refund they seem to like to keep your money. Can't get them on the phone when I do been told I would get it in 7 days.I have always used this company to go to Southampton it looks like they don't want my business any more.Very poor customer service.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Tried phoning a number of times, they keep you on hold with music for 20 minutes then cut you off, or, answer and just keep the line open but silence the other end. Cannot get to speak to anyone. Very frustrating and annoying. Wont be booking with them again

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY I am s disabled person with a Powerchair and when I made the booking I gave them all the relevant information. The coach from Edinburgh to Southampton arrived but the kick plate on the lift was broken (which the driver was aware of) so I could not get my chair on the bus. Because of this I was unable to get off the bus all the way from Edinburgh to Southampton. There was a toilet on the bus but it was beside a stairwell and terrifying to use.
On the way back up the intercruise person at the port gave my disabled seat to someone else (who had not booked a disabled seat) and they were refusing to move. While all this was going on we were standing outside in the pouring rain. When it was eventually able to get on the bus the only seat left fit my Mum, who is my carer was upstairs.she is 76 years old, has had a stroke and uses a walking stick and they told her she had to go upstairs while the disabled gentleman downstairs had 2 carer i had none.
I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with them with no luck they never answer the phone,
If you were able to zero or minus stars I would
The spoiled the beginning and end of my holiday..

Dont really know where to start

Dont really know where to start. Would never use this company again.
Our journey from Southampton to Liverpool took almost 10 hours. Totally unacceptable.
Coach was dirty and toilets unusable.
Driver was falling asleep and asked for a replacement
driver which consequently resulted in being stuck in the service station for almost 3 hours. Rang Intercruises today but immediately cut off when I gave the nature of my call. Avoid this company at all costs!
Feel so annoyed with the whole experience considering contacting Transport Health & Safety as this was a dangerous situation for all passengers on this coach.
