WARNING Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company booked for coach transfer from the Crown Plaza NEC Birmingham to Southampton and back these bunch of jokers decide to cancel the pickups from all Crown Plazas however having booked a hotel room for the night before thats non refundable im now out of pocket for £72 and quote nothing we can do about it realy they cancelled the pick up not me and they simply dont give a dam you make up your own mind if you want to use a company that looks after their customers like this

After travelling with evesway and…

After travelling with evesway and intercruises I would go intercruises all the time, comfortable coaches both to and from Southampton drivers were ace, only downside we had to go to magor services for pick up, as dont stop at Newport.

Staff are very blunt and quite rude

Staff are very blunt and quite rude. They don't say please or thank you and make no attempt whatsoever to show any interest, enthusiasm or make conversation. All of the staff there sound bored and unhappy. It's depressing having to call them.

RUDE CUSOTMER SERVICE STAFF

They may serve a useful purpose in getting you to the ship but the customer service staff who answer the phones are some of the rudest most dismissive and brusque I have come across. I contacted them twice, once to make the booking and they continually interrupted me telling me that my ref number was not correct when they had that of my mother travelling with us, tried to tell me a bus station I know is open because it is local was closed and we had to assemble on the street nearby. Then when my confirmation had not arrived within the 21 days prior to departure when my mother's had a rude man said my mothers must have been sent out ahead of time accidentally and mine was in the post but was unlikely to have arrived within the three days since it was posted so he would (grudgingly ) send a copy out. No 'good day how are you' or 'good bye' just plain rude.
