Experienced installation team and good quality workstall the…
What started as an awkward install the intuECO team in both the office (Owen) and the installation guys (Mohamed) persevered and saw through to the end. Battling a gas supply at the furthest point away from the boiler, along with freezing weather and snow. We now have a much warmer and efficient home. No hidden costs, experienced installation team and good quality work. Very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend.

Don't normally write reviews as they can be a bit patronising. But the engineer who undertook the installation deserved one, he was professional, courteous and punctual. Tidied up as the job progressed. work of installing new boiler completed in 2 days. My only doubt is the 'Smart' TRV heads which detect a presence in the room they work well downstairs but up stairs the rooms are cold and only warm up when occupied

Wary at first but cannot fault the firm or people that have delivered work at our house. If you get the opportunity to get there help go for it. Well worth it. Would be helpful to know in advance what you have been granted work for. I honestly cannot fault them every firm has been so respectful considerate and professional.

Just had a free boiler/ loft insulation/ extractor fans/ and window vents fitted by INTUECO, the curtesy shown from initial contact (Owen) right through the survey to the installation teams could not have been better . Workmanship was first class and information was forthcoming at every stage . Great company INTUECO .

A TOTAL MESS LEFT
Agreed to have cavity installed , wish I hadn't as now going to cost me around £500 to re paint the rendering & hire scaffolding ..The workman was actually stood on my conservatory roof , no platforms or safety.I had rendering painted 2 years ago & paid £350 for scaffolding , I now have my home looking like a dot to dot as got brown circles on white rendering .Wasn't told it would look like this .I rang intueco on 01158225022 straight away to speak to a manager & got told someone would contact me , after 5 calls and sending a e.mail on the 18th Oct I still have not received any contact from them .Think it's disgusting they cannot be bothered to contact me & leave my home looking a total mess with a large bill to put back to how it was .wish I'd never given them any any info .After looking at my call logs I can confirm all the calls I made .

Was anxious after accepting this free work but for no reason
From the knock on the door to the work being started i was quite anxious,all this work for free,theres bound to be a problem,but no, i worried for nothing,cavity walls now fully insulated,new extractor fans fitted and window vents.all work carried out was too a good standard,no mess left,pity my boiler wasn't 3 years older to get a new one.from the surveyor to the workers i'd recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience with grant application and upgrade installations
I was a bit worried about applying the grant but IntuEco made it so easy and totally reassured me. I can’t believe I was able to get a grant for a boiler replacement and other improvements including window vents, loft insulation, bathroom fans and thermostatic radiator valves. IntuEco did all the paperwork for me and the whole process only took less than a month from the initial survey to completion.
If anyone is looking to apply for a grant I can 100% reccomend IntuEco.
Everyone who we dealt with was very professional and the level of the workmanship was first class.

This company was absolutely amazing. I have had my boiler fully upgraded and loft insulation. The teams were very friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish I was kept informed and although I had my doubts at the beginning it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made going ahead with it. My heating bill has halved and I don’t need to pay boiler insurance for the next 2 years saving me another £500. If you are eligible I would 100% recommend IntuECO, can’t thank them enough for all their help 10/10.

After initial negativity from the first insulation crew, we got a different set of lads (lead by Haspseet Singh), who went above and beyond. First class job. Heating controls were installed professionally and left clean and tidy.
