Good value for the price
We bought the table, two leafs & a bench. Overall the table feels sturdy, well built and we dont regret buying it. However there were some issues. The first issue we have had is that there was nowhere for the brackets of the leaf to attach to the table, I ended up having to get a chisel and hammer to create 4 small channels in the underside of the table. The second issue we have is after I leveled up the leafs using the handy nodules on the arms extra tension was created on the clips which I believe will lead to them not lasting very long. The final issue is how easy it is to mark the surface of the table, we have a family with two young teens so not ideal for us.

Hi Wes, none of our products require any DIY element whatsoever (beyond simple assembly) and so we are concerned to hear that you have taken a chisel and hammer to your new table. We wish you had contacted us so that we could advise you as such, and talk you through the correct assembly.
As for the extension leaves, they last for several years, providing they are installed and used as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Good quality furniture
Although the furniture I wanted was out of stock for months, I received an email as soon as it was restocked and made my purchase that day.
My emails were replied to quickly regarding any contact I made regarding delivery.
The table and chairs I purchased are very sturdy and look exactly as they were described on the website.
They were well packed for delivery.
The only negatives I have to offer is that, after all the efficient contact regarding delivery, I was not notified on the day of the delivery so as I was not there, a neighbour signed for them and they had to be left outside. Also, I would have liked if the company would expand to delivery in the Republic of Ireland as I had to have them delivered to a relatives house in Northern Ireland then arrange for transportation to mine.

I recently bought some dining chairs and a few home decor pieces. The chairs were so durable and well made and came assembled which made things so much easier. We loved the chairs so much we wanted to order two more in time for Christmas and IO Living team made it happen.

Great customer service! I ordered a dining room table and it’s absolutely gorgeous, it was however way too large (I may have been over ambitious as to what can fit in my dining room). I emailed about getting this exchanged and the team were so helpful in getting the return sorted and a new size sent out. Great quality product and 10/10 customer care!
