Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company.
Ordered a dining table from them. Arrived when they said it would and two man delivery to the room required. Unfortunately we decided the table wasn’t for us (no fault of IOliving) and decided to return it. Customer service was amazing, they had it picked up within two days and refund back in our account quickly. I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to appreciate this brilliant business. Will definitely be ordering again! 5*****

This company is excellent
This company is excellent. We had a problem with a garden table which was damaged by the umbrella falling over. The manufacturers (Hartmann) refused to deal with it - we had only had it three weeks. However, Inside Out Living have replaced it and have kept constantly in touch with us about what was happening. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

How good a company is comes down to how they deal with problems. I have nothing but admiration to the customer service I received from Inside out Living. Firstly they arranged to have two separate orders (one placed on Friday and one Sunday) to be delivered on the same day (Wednesday). Unfortunately one item delivered was faulty as screws did not line up.
Quick and efficient contact to their customer service team. Within 12 hours (overnight) came back saying more than happy to just send me the pieces that were faulty and would fit them together to make sure they arrived ready for final fitting. Just the kind of service I was hoping for but not often the service you receive!!
Delivered today as promised and picked up faulty pieces. Thank you for your help and support, very happy with everyone in the team and the new garden furniture.

This was my first order (nearly £1400.00) for a patio set. Had a date for my chosen delivery day, which was delivered on that day. Had text messages and phones calls updating me on the delivery as well. Unfortunately one chair was faulty so I immediately contacted the company who asked me to send a picture which I did. On the same day it was confirmed that a replacement chair would be sent and this arrived within a few days. I must say the company and delivery for this order was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

Quite simply excellent customer service.
Apart from the basics of keeping us informed as the order progressed and a speedy delivery time (4 days from order date), when we did come across a problem with one of the items (no fault of theirs), I received a response within 30 minutes to each and every email I sent them, and the faulty item was replaced within 4 working days.

I KNOW YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY DRIVERS BUT IF YOU ARE ASSURING CUSTOMERS THEN USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO DO AS ASKED.
