I rarely give 5 stars so thats is why it is 4. As said before and from my experience I would ignore the poor reviews. I read them (after ordering) and it incorrectly biased my opinion. Battery arrived within promised time and was as described. IAP might consider using only the word shipping or dispatch but not both. I will be ordering again from these guys.

I’ve recently ordered parts for my bmw, I’ve got to say the new Tallaght shop feels like an all you can eat buffet. They’ve got loads of different brands available, all kind of parts. Prices are unbeatable, the staff is super friendly & very helpful. My car is happy she said we will be coming back again 😁

Don't pay much attention to the negative reviews.

I ordered a replacement battery for my camera and the order was perfect. My issue was solved! Only downside is the shipping cost.

ordered 5 things for my cars - one was missing and second was used item. box came very badly packed and didnt respond to my emails.didnt recieve replacement or money refunded and i was ignored by their customer service.avoid

Believe it or not I never leave reviews but I just felt obliged to give people my opinion on this company.
Please stay away from this business and do not waste your time. I could go into the details but basically I got sent the wrong parts and after 2/3 weeks of phone calls, empty promises and been on hold for so long every time I just had to give up. Waiting on a refund.

I ordered oil from them online. What arrived was not what I ordered. I tried to contact customer service, but they did not respond.

Useless Company to deal with Customer service is non existent . I returned an item they sent the wrong one emailed and phoned still waiting on response which I'll never get by the looks of the reviews . Don't do business with these shower of wasters ..

Worse place to buy stuff as they don’t confirm that order was sent out .. and they don’t answer on email.. just a waste of time and money. I’m really disappointed

Purchased driveshaft gaiter kit that arrived with no clips. Emailed the company and they ignored me. Don't waste your money with these useless cowboys!!!!!

What a sham of a business,please don’t waste your time and money here, ordered 4 times from here and wrong every time, when I went to return the wrong parts they gave me I was told it’s not irishautoparts fault it’s their suppliers , I didn’t buy from their suppliers, I threw the parts in the bin and 100% never use them ever again

Poor customer service, talk extremely rudely on the phone. Dont have part in stock. Once you order a day before on Friday they say you missed cut off time while on Website it says 10.am for Sat cut off time to get delivery same day. I was going to collect but part not there. After looking at reviews looks like it wont be there on Monday either. No bye no thankyou just cut off phone on your face which makes the experience worst!

2-day delivery, ordered an item from them on the 11th of January today 17th still has not arrived. Ordering items from the UK or Europe I receive within 3 to 5 days.. Diabolical service ... will not order from here again. Pure scam... calling them is a total waste of time.
