Second time when I order something and they sent something else. They advice on their website parts wich they don't have it on stock then after you order they send you something else. Asking for return and... no answer. Never again guys. Good luck with your business 👍

Great help, they knew exactly what was needed for my car and the lads couldn't have helped any more.

The guys were super helpful with helping me get parts for the wifes car. Didn't live too far from the new shop in Clonee, so I collected. Great spot.

Have been recommending it to all the lads in work to start going here instead of the other "leading" car parts shops .

Another one for the 'do not bother pile'.
Order windscreen repair set and was supposed to be delivered within 1 or 2 days.
That was over a week ago and the order is still 'processing' with no signs of being shipped or delivered anytime soon.
Emailed them and just flat out ignored it until I went through PayPal for refund.
Then suddenly I got an email response saying item was out of stock and they would refund. They did not know how item was back available for sale🙄
Won't be using again

Ordered a week ago and nothing sent. No response from customer service either.

Avoid. Our car needed a small part to fix the main head light. After ringing a couple of places, we spoke to someone in Irish Auto Parts who, after a lenghty description of the car model/year, appeared to identify the part needed and told my partner he could get it in Tallaght Auto Parts. We drove all the way there with the reference number for it only to be told they didn't sell such a thing and that we got the place mistaken for somewhere else. My partner had left his phone at home so we could not call the place back to check. Upon our return home, and to our surprise, the phone number was the number for Irish Auto Parts/Tallaght Auto Parts.
Frustrated as we were, I decided to still order the part online and have it delivered. The nail in the coffin was finding out from our mechanic that it was the wrong part all along. Thankfully he is a lot more professional than this company and managed to find the correct part in his garage. We decided to let him keep the other one for future use

I had called early on a Thursday after I ordered parts to let itish auto parts know that I need the equipment as saterday my suv was to go in for repairs on a Saturday as I work in the week completely let down by there lack of urgency so much for a two day delivery and when you stress to them the urgency complete lack of respect and no effort as the parcel that day was only given to anpost at 15:30 horrible service use someone else.

Sold front brakes in store with broken security seal and item appears like it may have been fitted before.

Ordered set of shocks. Website had all the OEM part numbers. Very easy to find what you need. They were delivered next day very well packaged. Now fitted. Happy customer. I will use from now on.

I ordered a liqui moli product from this company.I have to say 1/ they were the cheapest on Internet.2/ They delivered fast. 3/ They gave An Post delivery option at €3.95 which is great value 4/ It was packaged with care and thought. Well done Irish auto parts,will deal with you again.

I had really bad experience with them unfortunately, and they dont reply for the email or answer the phone.
