I have reveiwed Ivy Travel 4 x now over a short period of time, actually deleting my last reveiw prior to writing this.
At first they were brilliant, could not wish for better. Then I have to say I had problems with contacting them ( for various holiday travel issues) and I must admit found this very frustrating and annoying.
Then a manager contacted me and explained the World events had put some pressure on them getting customers home, which I understand, although I do beleive that a plan should have been in place to ensure both customers returning and going should be recieving an equal standard of service.
The manager (Zac) did an excellant job on getting my issues sorted/resolved, and worked a lot of hours as seen by the time he was sending me messages and emails, while also being very polite, apologetic, and professional.
I have now given 4 stars, but again will review again on this platform on completion of my holiday.

I booked a Paris trip for December with Jade and so far the experience has been great. Jade is very responsive, listens carefully, and always replies quickly with helpful information. Jade makes the planning process easy and stress-free. Looking forward to the trip and really happy with the support so far.

Out of hours communications via WhatsApp from Andrea, great for those who can’t communicate during working hours.
