Good shop with good cost

Received my order, to my disappointment the whole order was wrong.
So I contacted iwantpants.com straight away via email as directed, twice.
Three weeks later still not heard anything back!

Used this online site for a few years,ordering things for my wife and I. I've never had any issues; any returns have been dealt with promptly and the goods have always been top notch. I would, and have recommended this site to many people.

Good quality, comfortable to wear . I don't normally wear trunk underwear but these have changed my mind.

I ordered 13th June 2013 and no Delivery have phoned and just goes to answer phone have e-mailed and no response they take money and am going to report to watch dog

prices are excellent and service quick and efficient. Only thing I would say is that sometimes the items arrive in a box that is a little big so when you open it up the items have been roughed up a bit. Bit to be honest this is being very picky and seeing as I mostly buy underwear from you it goes straight into the wash anyway!

I ordered an item for just under £30 on 07/11/2012 which was out of stock (I was aware of this at the point of ordering). I was happy to wait for the item, which was stated to be back in stock in approximately a month's time. It is now mid June 2013 and I have still not received my order or been given a refund! I've only been able to contact the company by email as I can't find a phone number on the website. The "contact us" email address is <external link removed> and despite emailing on numerous occasions nothing has been done to resolve this!

The items were at a great price and I received them really quickly!! I was very pleased!!
