Refund experience

After market research I decided for Jamendo's products. Due to the bug I unfortunatelly wasn't able to log in the account to use their product and that got me decited to ask for a refund.

Even though Jamendo doesn't offer refunds the team, after some discussion, decided to make an exception.

Very fast customer support.

Jamendo - scum for musicians

Musicians just so happy to have Jamendo, but they can’t understand - plays and comments are fake! I hide my music on Jamendo, it was 100 plays per day on song, and when I open my track AFTER A 3 MONTHS it was 100 plays per day AGAIN, it’s impossible, I have 42 fans. I don’t believe that they WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS.

And why listeners from Jamendo not writing to me on Instagram, when I have boost from YT algorithms for even 800 plays people write to me and subscribe!

This site is fake OPEN YOUR eyes it’s for you to think you have fans BUT THEY CANT ARRIVE FROM Nowhere

Update: Jamendo replying BUT WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENTS which is suspicious. People see them avoiding answering a direct question. There are only musicians on that platform, but no listeners, and musicians are not listeners, they uploading only.

Jamendo killed their platform not updating it, and they don’t care about playlists, the same songs is in their playlists for YEARS. This is dead platform totally, and the only reason to use it is plays, but people will never listen bad quality (because you can upload only in wav 44100) songs on glitched app when Spotify and YouTube existing. Maybe some nerds still download music and listen it illegally, but why after ALL MY EMAILS THEY ARE NOT REPLY, they are also not replying on the comments. It’s just because they are unreal. Not every song is available to download on Jamendo so listening music in this awful app when it’s available on YouTube for free is a joke, I don’t believe in that. Just find AT LEAST ONE REAL PERSON WHO LISTENING MUSIC IN JAMENDO APP IN 2024.

You can’t also write a comment on that platform (try it if you don’t believe me)

Update February 14: They double the number of auditions. I conducted an experiment with my statistics, you can also do it - one play of my song, which has not been listened to for a long time, became two plays. 10 plays became 27. They multiply the plays so that the musicians have the sense to upload music to this dead site.

I finally could upload my music album on Jamendo

I had some problems on dealing with uploading my music on Jamendo platform and couldn't find a proper tutorial for solving my problems. After, I asked support to Jamendo team. The answer and support were puntual and rapid till the final solution. I'm really satisfied.

Contact with on line support

I contacted the on line support by mail, concerning an issue i had with the publishing of a music track.
I was surprised by the quick response to my mail the same day (because of the holydays period i wasn't waiting for an answer before a few days). The answer message was clear and precise, with a screenshots that matched specifically my probem. So i was able to adress the issue immediately.

Jamendo Support

My experience with Jamendo, as well as with similar sites, is about 6 years. In terms of music here, I like the fact that the company does not limit itself to boundaries or templates, and the author here can fully reveal himself as an artist, but now my review is about the work of supporting this site. It’s nice, when you ask a question to someone who is thousands of kilometers away from you, to know that you will not be answered by a soulless robot with standard phrases, but by a person who is sincerely interested in solving your problem. Quick constructive answers, timely resolution of problems, polite and pleasant communication - that's what I can say about these guys! I definitely recommend the site!

Jamendo´s pros and cons

Jamendo´s website is easy friendly and their support acts promptly. On the other hand, it is not clear about the criteria when they do not approve some song for licensing and the creators do not win any remuneration for the streams.
