Excellent service

Excellent service, the engineer was very professional and checked with us before he started if we had any issues with our heating system and when he had completed the job he again asked if there was anything else we wanted checked

Communication with GasSure was very…efficient.

Communication with GasSure was very good, and I received a message saying that the engineer was on his way, shortly before he arrived.
Jack and John were very polite and friendly…they even made a fuss of my bonny border collie Gyp, which was so good of them.
Both of them are a credit to your company.

Smooth experience end to end

Smooth experience end to end. Easy to change the appointment if necessary. Engineer arrived within timeframe given and was quick to complete the job. Very reliable company in general.
