The watch strap I ordered didn't fit, I rang and asked about exchanging it and had an extremely helpful response, identifying the problem and agreeing to an exchange. Having sent the strap back, the replacement arrived promptly and was correct.

My mother unfortunately had to have her wedding rings removed by the hospital, after wearing them for 62 years. We took them to Liam at James Moore & he has managed to repair them, resized them, and now they look better that new. Thank you so much for your excellent service and making my mum so happy 😀

This was my second experience using James Moores in Kenilworth. The first time I used this Jewellers was for a repair to my wedding ring, after the hospital had to cut it off my finger. It looked like new after they had repaired it and made it a size larger. You wouldn't have noticed it had been done.
This visit was to take my favourite Accurist watch in for a repair for a broken strap and lost spring pin.
The staff were very helpful and friendly as always. Fixed in less time than it took us to go for a coffee. Thought I may have to come back the following day considering my experiences with other jewellers. Very pleased and they repaired at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else for repairs in the future.
