James Moore Jewellers, service was great. My order of a lovely watch at a competitive price, was delivered quicker than expected. Its nice to have this kind of service - a Company that obviously treats their customers with care and as a priority. I just hope that my husband likes his xmas gift but I am sure if I need to return I will get the same customer care. Thank you.

From start to finish the whole experience was one of ease. Purchased a Seiko porcelain dial, the website was easy to follow, each timepiece has an in-depth description which I found extremely useful. Delivery was by Royal Mail next day delivery, so had my new watch by lunchtime. To top it all off there was a fantastic discount. I can wholly recommend James Moore for whom expects a first class service from shop to front door

Excellent service from James Moore Jewellers. Ordered on Monday and it came the next day. They used a reputable delivery company DPD - excellent tracking and service. They actually have the items in stock rather than pass it onto a third party to deliver. What a contrast with Currys when I am still waiting for a lost watch nearly three weeks on! My only gripe is - why didn't this company show up on a Google search earlier? I could have avoided dealing with another company!
