Went to Jamies South Terminal for…
Went to Jamies South Terminal for breakfast, worst experience of my life. All the staff gave the impression they didn’t want to be there and the food was inedible. Ordered scrambled eggs smoked salmon with sour bread toast, eggs were under cooked and runny and the salmon was cut to thick. Sorry guys, never written a complaint before but just had to on this occasion.
Shell deli what a joke
Shell deli what a joke. This isn't deli food it's premade and heated and stored with no care or consideration for the quality. Here's a thought Jamie, bacon isn't healthy for a start mate. But if I do want bacon I'd prefer it in a roll that's not so overheated that it's chewy in places and crunchy in others. Don't even try the porridge people. Not unless you like the sort you can just add hot water to. I had to return mine it was so disgusting.
My estimation of Jamie Oliver has gone right down after trying his branded Shell deli food. I used to like the guy, but lost respect after this clearly money grabbing deal he has with Shell.
I don't understand Jamie's Oliver…
I don't understand Jamie's Oliver comments, that ethical sourcing of food and fair employees treatment just doesn't pay off. Well do the nice damn dishes and it will. Went to his restaurant at canary wharf and food just terrible, and it's not a coincidence cause my husband went there with his friends and all said the same. All of this put me off watching him cooking on TV as I know it doesn't taste nice period.

Second bad experience had at North terminal lgw.
Poor quality rubbish served staff rude and don't give a damn. Over priced un cooked un healthy
Avoid at all costs try pret instead
Just picked up an egg and tomato…
Just picked up an egg and tomato sandwich at a shell garage. I don't really rate ready made sandwiches but this was fine. Pretty much a home made taste and on nice oatmeal bread. A bit pricey at just over £3 but nice enough and saved me having to make one
Absolutely awful place
Absolutely awful place. I was at Gatwick Airport and ordered a scrambled egg and toast for the kids.
It looked like someone had regurgitated it. It was disgusting to look at.
Kids were starving at 7am and so ate what they could as we had a flight to catch. I looked for a manager bit none seen.
I would rather starve than eat that rubbish. My kids could do better..
Avoid at all.costs.
I.plan to write to Jamie Oliver complaints department. An absolute disgrace at extortionate prices.
'Jamie Oliver deli by Shell'
'Jamie Oliver deli by Shell'
Apple and Spring Onion, Three Cheese Coleslaw sandwich. £3.09
Bread - dry.
Taste - no different to a Cheese Savoury from Gregs or Morrisons and theirs are much cheaper AND always on lovely soft bread. (no flavour coming through of the apple)
And the sandwich was well within it's sell by date.
Total rip off!!
Bad! Just bad!
I was at the Budapest restaurant and the restaurant was half empty yet it took ages to get the food. Everything was bland, plainly served and lacked any kind of distinctiveness. You get the impression that this is the 8th wonder of the world when looking at the menu, but this really is the bottom of the barrel. Some quality control is definitely needed here!
finally gone bust - hoorah !!!
Couldn’t be happier today to hear that this trash has finally gone bust ! Exactly what Jamie Oliver deserved for serving such crap, ridiculously overpriced total trash for so long.
Shockingly bad food
I was served two massive, uncut lumps of iceberg lettuce with sauce poured over it, a few sprinkles of this and that to try and give it a bit of taste and a pile of bacon slapped on the side. £14. Absolutely awful. Asked the portion to be replaced with something else and the slice of bread with avocado and poached eggs was just as boring as the first portion. To top if all off, I vomited twice the following night and have been ill all day today - and the only place I ate at was at this Jamie Oliver's Gatwick.
Very poor quality at Jamie’s in Gatwick North departure lounge
We have been enjoying breakfast at Jamie Oliver’s in Gatwick North departure lounge for a long time. However, it has really gone downhill recently and it is clear corners are being cut to save the company money. Sourdough bread is no longer available and what they call “fresh orange juice” is patently carton juice - charged at £3.50 - how insulting to customers. Other people have voiced the same opinions to us and so beware - your loyal customers will be leaving in droves. Plenty of other better value options in the departure area. Minimal effort and outlay for maximum profit seems to be the company’s ethos.
Visit the restaurant at Oslo airport
Visit the restaurant at Oslo airport. OMG. Staff talking in their own mobile phone, conflict between staff, I have to ask for wine in the bar, resturang manger as a prima-donna. Food ready in 10 min waiting to be served to me. Do not leave up for the brand name. It’s a joke. They don’t see the customers. It’s a joke

Jamie Oliver Vienna Airport / F Gates
An arrogant welcome with a very sharp question "what time is your flight". I answered and she asked me to follow the hostess. When I asked if 1 and a half hours is enough, she told me with irony, I bet you ll be out of here in 30 mins...
Food was average but the waiter who was serving me was very friendly.
What a shame Shell employed Jamie…
What a shame Shell employed Jamie Oliver to ruin their sandwich selection. Unpleasant to say the least and I wont be back
Care for BONE and TENDON in your…
Care for BONE and TENDON in your burger? Then eat at Jamie Oliver's Diner at Gatwick Departure Lounge. I spat out several bits (see pics I uploaded on Trustpilot) and showed the manager, who was despondent and unapologetic, and blamed the supplier, rather than accept any responsibility. He did remove my burger from the bill, but after having been spoken with disdain, I left fuming. It seems that Jamie Oliver is good at preaching about healthy, good quality produce, but then serves his customers the worst, cheapest, lowest quality 'meat', charging inflated prices. And the burger was overcooked and tasteless. One to avoid forever!!!!!
Can't remember the restaurant
Can't remember the restaurant, it was about two stops from Paddington.
Very nice atmosphere, waited a while for our meal but when you're in a Great restaurant, having a drink with your son, who cares.
If the meal arrives 20 seconds after you order it,
that's when you worry.
My son and I both like to cook, so really appreciate food cooked well,
I had a risotto that we both liked, but the star of the meal for us both was a fish (mackrel ?) pate'.
Staff were pleasant and professional and we got chatting to one of the waiters about Bitcoin and tech.
A great experience.
His new Shell range is seriously mediocre:(
His new Shell range is seriously underwhelming! I’ve tried a few Sandwiches with mixed results.... non-too impressive. The range on the shelves seems pretty much as it was before excluding the one I loved which had pastrami and cheese in it! Tried the sweet chilli and ginger salmon salad today… Turns out the salmon is smoked (which is not my favourite and not on the main front label) and could not taste the ginger. Was not terrible but certainly was not stand out, which is a shame because it has a good list of ingredients. Looked health though, from the labelling.... which is great but I need a better tasting product. The guys done good with his health focus for kids , so it’s a shame I’m unlikely to try any or many more!
Visited Jamie Oliver restaurant in…Liverpool
Visited Jamie Oliver restaurant in Liverpool Food was pretty average and overpriced for what we had. BEWARE. We asked for a glass of house red with our meal and didn’t realise until the bill came that we had been given the most expensive wine on their wine list at £8 a glass. We felt completely ripped off. Shame on you. We won’t be back.
Just over priced pasta!!! Students make better meals!!!
Was not going to write a review.... but after sitting on it for 3 days .... I feel the need to share how disgusted I was after visiting a Jamie Oliver Restaurant.
I thought I would order the Seafood Linguine.... was an over priced bowl of pasta!! With 2 mussels and had to fish for the 3 tiny prawns. To be topped off with lots of chilli powder!!!
Turned out to be an over priced evening for very low rated food!! Would not recommend or return.
Felt the need to warn others before they make the same mistake of giving the restaurant a go.
Really poor
Really poor, they have squeezed everyone together and closed the rest of the restaurant, the food has gone downhill. Cheaper items on the menu at high prices rather than the quality we used to get. And food average at best.
