It's nice to see so many different colorful and designed products. Probably you discover every time something new. Room for improvement is the lack of labelled products with vegan or vegeterian.

Clean and optional

I rated this a four star because they have a lot of options, drinks, food, snacks, items, etc. They have everything very organized and I haven’t had any issues on the website. The only sucky thing is how expensive things can be. Other than that, my experience has been lovely.

Other than the delay, great service

Other than the delay due to their warehouse issue, the experience shopping from japancandystore was great. They have so many more options than other websites and don't have any customs charges. Customer service was also fast (and polite) in getting back to me when I was unaware about the delay and wanted to know what was going on.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I've had the same experience as many others here. Ordered on 30th of July and still hasn't even shipped. No reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. A small notification on their page (or through any channel) about delays would probably put many customers at ease, but right now it's only been silence. They do seem to answer here though so hoping for that.
