Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, antiquated system. Unable to deal with the issue. Their 3rd party courier Arrow XL is just as bad!
Never received order
This is the first time I’ve ordered from JD Williams, never received my order (was a click and collect) tracking showed it was still in transit when I went to report this was told to contact Evri which I did who eventually after 3 weeks said it has been lost in transit. I have never been refunded so I am currently going through my bank to try and get my money back

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES AND UNRELIABLE RETURNS PROCESS
I ORDERED 4 PAIRS OF SHOES TO TRY ON WITH A DRESS I WAS WEARING TO A WEDDING. I RETURNED THEM (AND ORDERED THE PAIR I LIKED IN THE RIGHT SIZE). WHEN THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RETURN CAME THROUGH IT ONLY IDENTIFIED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY EVER SINCE TO GET JD WILLIAMS CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF TO SPEAK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND CONFIRM THEY RECEIVED 4 PAIRS OF SHOES AND I WILL GET A FULL REFUND. I'VE WRITTEN TO THEM 3X TO ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL.
NOBODY IT SEEMS CAN BE BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE PHONE TO THE WAREHOUSE AND CHECK THEY HAVE LOGGED IN THE FULL RETURN. THIS IS AN UNCARING, UNHELPFUL AND FRANKLY A 'I CAN'T BE BOTHERED' TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER ATTITUDE.

Fraud account setup
Account with credit setup without our permission. Called to inform them we received a letter saying we had opened up an account with £1250 credit, using our name and address. We hadn't, asked them to stop the account and ensure its blocked from any transactions, they said they couldn't do that straight away. Action Fraud have been sent the details. Stay clear of this company

I mentioned that I was disabled and they said they would record that fact and seemed to be more interested in that than my issue. All this was to stop a purchase going to the wrong address. Evri the couriers had the wrong post code.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. A parcel which was estimated to be delivered nearly a week ago has not even been dispatched. JD Williams make it very awkward to contact them, demanding account numbers and order numbers when you attempt to get in touch which they have not even provided - bizarrely - when did you ever order something and not get an order number?
My advice is steer clear, this company clearly cannot be trusted. I will be pursuing a refund via my credit card company.

purchased 2 chairs said was getting delivered Friday 17th waited all day nothing so I messaged them they tell me there not in stock and I have to just wait as they don't no when they are so I called them today was told they don't sell them it's a different supplier and they could be in stock by 26th July but no promises are they taking the piss don't sell stuff you don't have I have had no updates and have had to chase them then have to argue to cancel the order placed is a joke
