Almost a scam!
Oh where to start... I ordered the Rhea Buckle Bag on pre-order way back in April. It was meant to be shipped around two weeks later after I'd ordered. I didn't hear anything. I waited until the end of April for them to contact me with an update, but I received nothing.
So I contacted their Customer Service team to cancel my order as receiving the bag a month later than when it was meant to arrive is no good (also, I was suspicious as to the reliability of this website after their lack of communication about the delay in the first place).
Unsurprisingly, during an e-mail back and forth of about 3 days they kept trying to convince me that it would be shipped soon. I advised them that I'd like to have my contract cancelled, a natural right as a consumer, especially when the terms of the sale had been breached so egregiously. This continued until mid-May with excuses about "great new business changes".
Then, I was contacted by their Creative Director, Suveena, about once again their great new business changes. I wrote the same e-mail about my right to a refund as a consumer (material breach of the contract etc.) for the millionth time it felt like and finally got confirmation from Suveena that my refund would be processed. I received no confirmation from the Jeena Customer Service about the cancellation of my order. I had to keep contacting Suveena for another three weeks to ask about the refund as I still hadn't received anything. She finally responded on 7/6 with a promise to look into it that week.
I got a notification that my order was cancelled from Jeena and one from PayPal about a pending refund. It remained pending for a long while, which made me even more suspicious as to whether this was a genuine refund or whether something shady was going on so I opened a dispute with PayPal. Received my money back the next day; whether this is a coincidence or because of my PayPal dispute I am not sure. Either way, cancelling an order should never be this difficult.
In short, Jeena's business practice seems shoddy at best and shady at worst. It seems they rely on their consumers not being fully aware of their rights as a consumer. It's shameful that someone has to have a legal background and/or knowledge about terms of a sale contract in order to get a refund from this business. I am sure that some of the waiting time for my emails had to do with business changes, this is fine. I only buy from small businesses or secondhand, so I understand that small businesses may not have the same capacity as a conglomerate to keep up a very responsive customer service mechanism. However, I felt that the delay tactics (telling me it would be shipped over and over again when I was asking for a refund) seems shady to me.
I would advise doing business with Jeena; if you do, make sure you use PayPal so you can open a dispute and not have to deal with their customer service team.
Wrong order
In February of this year, I ordered 2 bags from them (on the invoice it was written that delivery is 1 to 3 working days), the bags arrived after a month.
Since I had to travel abroad, I only now opend my order in May.
One bag is that one i orderd, but the other one I received a completely different bag from the one I ordered.
It is a different material, a different design and a different buckle, only the color is the same.
I was writting to them and send emails and pictures and they never even answerd my mails
I'm very sorry, because I don't buy leather bags and I was really looking forward to this bags because I like the design and the whole concept...

Cancelled my order
Placed an order and heard nothing regarding dispatch for days so I followed this up. I then received a cancelled order and refund for no reason - the bag is still available online to buy. Very disappointing service, this was meant to be a birthday present. Will not buy again.

After two months and through a PayPal dispute, I was FINALLY able to get a refund. They did not respond to my emails even after receiving the item. Worst experience ever!
47 euros for customs
Update 5th of July: Jeena finally canceled my order and I got a refund when DHL sent the package back. Too bad, I really wanted that bag - it’s vegan, it’s unique and classy. Customer service was nice and polite, but a bit slow. I read that someone paid 12 euros for customs in France, that would be more realistic. I have no idea what the Italian customs authorities were thinking.

I wanted a specific bag from Jeena and was so happy when I finally had the possibility to buy it. Then, I got informed by DHL that I had to pay 47 euro for customs. Almost as much as I paid for the bag. So, if you’re in Italy there is a risk you’ll end up having to pay a lot for customs.
No confirmation email
No confirmation email, no delivery time, no reference no!!!! I placed an order a week ago. They don’t reply to my emails and texts on Instagram. I don’t want any bag from them anymore. I want my money back! Avoid!!!

It was simple to order. Shipping was usual, without any problems.
I was able to get a discount due to the time of year (January). I’ve been using it non-stop and am glad to see that it holds its shape after continual use and still looks as expensive as it did when it arrived. I was a bit worried about the vegan leather but I’m really glad I went for it because I’ve had glowing compliments since and it fulfils its assignment!

Bags are fine, but delivery to Germany took more than a month and I had to pay extra 20€ for customs and delivery as my bag finally arrived, so keep it in mind when ordering not from UK

I bought a light brown version of the ji up bag.
Everything came in percent condition.
My order was quick as well. It’s such a nice bag and fits really well on the shoulder. It comes with a little pouch meant to go in the bag where I store my keys and little makeup touch ups. To avoid staining the inside of the bag. Very good quality vegan leather

Suck cancellation policy
I made an order on March 18 (18 days ago) and at time of purchase the order said to be delivered on March 29. Now it’s April 5 and it’s still not yet dispatched.
I contact the customer service and after a thread of 10 emails they insist on not canceling the order. I’m about to travel overseas for 2 months and cannot be at home to receive the order yet they dont “approve” my request.
Update: the brand contacted me offering they will ship the product to the address I will be traveling to.
If you ever order from this brand, keep in mind they take forever to ship the product and cancelation time frame is 15 minutes after ordering, which means the chance you can cancel the order is zero percent!!!

I haven’t received my bag after 29 days
It’s been 29 days since I ordered a bag, that I still, to this day, haven’t received. I have emailed the costume service three times, without hearing back from them.
Painful and deceiving experience with EU shipment
Not only was the bag a month late, but the promotion of 'we'll pay the customs is completely false'. Not only did they not pay for the customs as promised (thought the shipper kept on sending them emails, which then they forwarded to me under some lame excuse that they cannot pay), they've also been promising for weeks to reimburse me for that.
Oh, on top of that, I was promised a 'gift' as an apology - guess the gift was me paying for customs and making up for your false promotions.
Anyway, bags are ok - far too overpriced for not being leather, but nice.
EU shoppers - beware!
UPDATE - not only are they not willing to give me the compensation for the customs paid (which was, once more, promised as per the promotion they had), they're also currently blackmailing me that they will proceed with the refund if I remove my review. I wil definitely be taking it up with the bureau of customer protection. Ridiculous!
UPDATE 5.4. - these people still haven't refunded me for a literal service they promised to provide, and they keep blackmailing me. They want me to remove the review in order for them to give mena refund. Absolutely avoid
A statement piece you need in your wardrobe
As soon as I got hands on the bag I wanted as it was out of stock for a month or so I was shocked with the quality. The bag I got was the Sonam evening bag, the design is very elegant and elevated, the quality is exceptional, the bag itself is very sturdy and can fit a decent amount of things. It is definitely a statement piece you need in your wardrobe and its a fraction of the price and just as good as other high-end brands
