What a brilliant family run company! Ordered bag for daughter. It never arrived as expected due to Royal Mail strikes then going round Scotland.
I emailed at the beginning and was advised that would send 24hr tracked and that they had popped a gift in box I suppose for inconvenience
Every email I send, I get a lovely email back. It has not deterred me ordering from them again as their products are amazing. They just need a reliable delivery company.

Love the bags, any issues are quickly answered and fixed. First bought one for graduation and my mum it loved so much I got her a larger version for Mother’s Day. My sister in law has also now got one of the Jee bags in pink too! I had a slight issue with the strap on my mums bag due to how much she uses it but they were quick to reply and send another one through!

Make sure you order the correct stuff and check your cart before paying. You will not be able to edit the order later.

I ordered a bag TWO MONTHS AGO and it never arrived. 80 pounds down the drain!!!@ Contacting them via email and social media only to get a reply every 10 days with no actual solution offered. Followed up 8+ times, no one is replying anymore. Never trust a brand like that. Disappointed

I was very disappointed when I received my bag from Jeenaa. It looked like I had gotten someone else's used bag or an old display model, the edges were worn and damaged. In addition, there were many problems with receiving the bag and I could not get my money back. My agreement with Jeenaa was that they would pay customs for the bag.

Since then, I have attempted to get in touch with Jeeena regarding the worn bag and the receipt, but I have not heard back from them after several weeks.

The strap on my favourite bag broke, however after talking to customer service they have offered to send a new strap out for free, plus a discount code for my next order. Great customer service!

I saw this brand on Instagram and loved their modern design. Finally ordered the product and I absolutely love it. The finishing is perfect, the size and quality of the bag is great. I am very happy with the bag and will be buying it in more colours hopefully!!

Best looking bag ever! I ordered the Jeele Blue Bag and am absolutely in love with the colour and size of it. It stores so much but doesnt look bulky at all. The adjustable strap makes it nice to wear as a crossbody bag or on one shoulder.
