So pleased with my handbag! Love the design and the quality.

These bags are so beautiful. I have the Jee and Jiyo bags. I get compliments all the time. The colors are vibrant, and the pleather feels soft, and I like the materials used. However, these are NOT everyday bags, as advertised. Within weeks I noticed the outside pleather lining of the Jiyo bag the bags chip and peel, without me even having nicked it. It still looks beautiful but up close you notice the wear and tear. It’s frustrating because I am so careful with my belongings! The Jee bag’s removable straps are so cute but then the hook you attach the straps to came undone, when I had only started using it a month ago, regularly. I did not catch it on anything, I literally lifted it to use one morning and the saw hook was detached. These bags start disintegrating on you with everyday use, so either use them sparingly or find another brand. It’s too late for me to return, so I’ll continue to use them until they are unusable. But I’m disappointed especially regarding the price point.

I ordered the Jiyo Bag for a trip and it just arrived in time. They will provide tracking information which is very helpful when you cannot wait for it to arrive 🥹 The bag smells uncomfortably in the beginning but it will improve eventually. The design is deadly gorgeous and so far it fit every outfit beautifully.

I bought the Jee bags for my nieces . I was worried they might not arrive in time for when I leave the UK early next week. They got back to me and assured me that the bags would arrive on Saturday. Voila they did. Thanks very much.

great quality, love this minimalist style bag

I bought the Jiyo Shoulder Bag in black about a year ago and I must say this is my favourite bag ever! The quality is great, the design is timeless and it is super easy to style. Definitely getting this bag in more colours!

I bought the Jiyo bag and was really excited, because I love the design of it. The first day I used the bag, it broke two places. I wrote an email to them, because I was really disappointed of the quality. Their website says that they will answer within 48 hours, but it has been 11 days and they haven’t written back yet. Now I just have a broken purse.

A really beautiful bag! I am so happy that I found this company. Also want to add that I received good service and fast delivery. If you looking for a beautiful bag, don’t hesitate get it ! :) I’m planning to get a new bag soon in a different colour!

I love Jeenaa. The package came really fast. I use my bag everyday to go to work or just in the weekend to hang out. The quality is really good I can only recommend you to get one !

I absolutely love my Jeenaa bag! I bought it for a trip to Paris and I’ve always seen the adverts on Instagram, so I decided to buy one I have not been disappointed everyone compliments me on the shape of the bag, it is expensive feeling and smells almost like real leather. The inside wallet is also perfect! will buy again!

Lovely bags, I just got mine and it's very cool, good quality and stylish shape! I had some problems with the delivery, no Jeena's fault but their delivery partner in my country, and Jeena's team was perfect, very helpful and kind, I really felt supported and plus they will send to me a gift bag as an apology. Absolutely recommended!

Such a lovely bag! I absolutely adore the shape and structure of it and of course the burgundy colour which matches my lipstick and personality perfectly! I love that the strap is adjustable and the gold chain is detachable too, deffo need to get all the colours 🥰

Terrible customer service. Do not get anything from them, it’s basically a scam. I wish I could tell something about the quality of the bag but I haven’t received it and they don’t want to issue a refund. They keep blaming Royal Mail when they should take full responsibility.

The company was so helpful and happy to help. I have never had good customer service from a company before where you have been given something as a gift. Jeenaa was happy to help and replace the issue with my bag

As nicely designed the bag is, the stitching has come apart within a few months which I don’t expect from a 80 pound bag.

I messaged about a partial refund or a replacement but customer service were not willing to do this.

I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend the bags to others.
