Also very trusty bags, hand one for a year and have spilt drinks on it and gotten it wet but it still looks good as new!

Wonderful quick delivery, very well packaged and the bag is delightful and very well made. It’s a gift for my daughter’s birthday and I know she will love the slightly retro, edgy shape of her bag. If I receive money in a Christmas gift I will be back to buy the emerald green one for myself! Thank you for a lovely product.

I ordered a bag for my girlfriend a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, they were some delays with the delivery of the package: it took the team more than a few weeks to make the delivery work.

For rewarding me for my patience, Jeenaa's team were kind enough to send me another bag, in compensation for the long wait.

Preorded my bag, which was sent as soon as it launched, and it arrived to Denmark shortly after.

I ordered my Jee bag a while ago and it is still my favourite bag out of all my bags. Such a cute design, super versatile and all vegan!!! To make it even better, the customer service is amazing, the bag originally came with a slightly scratched handle but the team were super quick to rectify the situation. Will definitely be buying a few more bags from here!

For the product itself, all good. Good quality and beautiful bag. However, this is the 2nd time I order, this was for a gift and I am quite disappointed of the package. I did not have the same than the 1st time. The bag was just inside the box. Not even a "tote bag" to put the bag inside. When I ordered the first time, I really had the feeling I purchased a very high quality bag, and this is not the same feeling I had when I received this one. I really like the bag, but the packaging does not meet expectations.

The design is very elegant, the bag is sturdy. Pictures of the inside of the bag would allow for a more informed purchase, but other than that, the purse is true to the photos. However, the material initially smells plastic-y quite strongly - I had to air it out outside for a few days and even had tea bags inside to absorb/remove the smell. While the smell has mostly gone, it still lingers which, though not terrible, is not pleasant.

I purchased the Jiyo bag in brown for my sisters birthday. It is such a timeless design, appears very well made and sustainable (even better!!). There was one small issue with the bag on arrival, but the team at Jeenaa replied to my concern within a day and immediately sent me out a replacement. They were extremely accommodating and provided an excellent service. Most importantly, my sister loves her gift - and I'll be getting one for myself on pay day.

If I could give a worse rating I would. They are so quick to take your money but so slow to return it. I ordered a bag in hope it would be a gift. I didn't receive any emails about dispatch and then was notified that I had pre ordered the bag which wasn't stated clearly.when I emailed then to cancel the order as they said it hadn't been dispatched and won't be dispatched until next weekand they refused to give me a refund. Now I am going to be stuck with a gift that is more than week late and a difficult return. What's wrong with cancelling an item that about be dispatched for another 7 days. And their 15 minute policy, that you can't cancel items after 15 minutes of purchasing the item. If u would have known 15 minutes into the purchase that I would have been treated like this I would have never shopped there in the first place

I bought their Jiyo black bag and I looove it! It feels super nice - high quality material and super sturdy. The customer service team are super helpful too! I had an issue with the delivery and they resolved it quickly.

The bag is pretty small, though, so you won’t be able to fit a lot in it. The unboxing experience is kind of meh, as it comes in a cheap dust bag, I expected a little more, so that could be improved.
