Updated my ProTools HDX system

Updated my ProTools HDX system. Nikki & Rolf gave me excellent advice on a very promptly arranged Zoom call. Hardware delivered on time as promised. Installation tech support excellent. Also, Nikki & her team sorted out a tricky subscription payment problem with Avid. Saved me a lot of time. Can't thank them enough. In my experience, these people are conscientious & very good at what they do.

The advisor made the buying process as…

The advisor made the buying process as easy as he could. He gave me advice about which computer is correct for me. I'm just astounded by the cost of things over the past year or so.

Very poor experience for delivery

Very poor experience for delivery
1. Out of hours delivery time to a business address
2. Rescheduled and then delivered to wrong address

I have used Jigsaw since the late 90s, and being local and independent would like to continue that support, but ordering from almost anyone else on the last few occasions has been more reliable and not wasted time awaiting deliveries that don't happen!

Appalling

Appalling, was supposed to get a replacement external hard drive when they collected the faulty one
No replacement sent with the driver
Was given a pathetic excuse that they didn't release the replacement even though they said it would be with the driver in emails I was sent
Having to stay in for another day waiting for the delivery

Sign you up for newsletters you didn't join

Any company who thinks it's an acceptable business practice to breach GDPR law and email you when you didn't OPT IN, should be considered bottom of the barrel in terms of service offering, trust and morality. Lowest of the low. Sack your marketing team and find a team that knows how to market properly.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. It was clear since it was 'just' an adobe subscription renewal that they didn't care. However we've always bought hardware from them - but won't again due to error after error on this renewal job. Went direct in the end and won't be back. A real shame since we've used jigsaw for years since starting the agency.

Just want to say a massive thanks to…

Just want to say a massive thanks to Joshua Smith from the repair service team. We have sent many Apple laptops in for repairs and they're always repaired quickly. Joshua is always quick to response no matter what the question and very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend.

Great service. Mac Studio with the correct configuration was in stock and delivered next day. Apple had quoted a four week lead time.
