My rating is based on a job not fully completed as one window could not be installed due to being built to the wrong size. However the installers were extremely friendly and professional in the work carried out. I have no issue with their work and would recommend the company.

Makes me sick to my stomach
Wouldn't recommend this company at all or job worth doing!!!! Total disgrace
Mr & Mrs Price P53973
Wouldn't recommend this company at all, fitters more worries about getting job done asap rather than properly, had to get another couple of fitters out to rectify the 1st lot and still not sorted properly! Wrong glass in windows wrong glass and style of doors! Back door is leaking bad, still waiting on my glass for my front door which by the way the letter box had fell off too. Damage to my property, dents in walls, glue all down hall walls and on hall carpet which I can not get off, white substance down one wall in my girls room which I can not get of either, bathroom bath panel has been cracked in 2 places and looks as if fitters have tried to hide it by glueing it which can clearly been seen!! The list goes on. I was promised by tom this would get sorted and he would get a plaster to come out and plaster and paint the damage for free but with white paint only!! My hall is magnolia and the girls room is pink!! unacceptable and lack of communication is a joke. Disappointed in whole experience! I have not signed any paperwork for job complete so they have not yet been paid either so you would think that Penicuik windows would be bending over backwards to call us and to rectify their wrong doings so they can get paid but still not herd from them for over a week now and every time for over 4 weeks when I call Kirsty always says I am so sorry about that and will get my manager to call you back which never happens!! Call them back a couple of days ago to get told by Claire kirsty got fired and that she needs to get the manager to call me as she is not dealing with our custom and can't gain access to kirstys emails!! Still waiting for that call!! After reading all reviews on here I regret not reading them before installation as I would have went else where and for the replies from customer care are a joke as well as it should not take for customers to complain and give bad reviews for you to reply to them only then and also to reply with we will call soon is not satisfying enough as we have herd this one to many times!! Trading standards are going to be getting an email from us as well as the papers as penicuik should not be aloud to keep going. I even sent a cd with all damage to my property and the shady workmanship away with the fitters as well as tom the manager has taken photos with his camera too so the evidence is extremely clear which will back up my statement email to trading standards! So very disappointed.

A Bunch of Cowboys
A Bunch of Cowboys, never use them again, I would advice everyone else not to use them, I am certainly circulating through my friends and work colleagues to tell them never to use them. After 2 months still not completed to satisfactory standards even after 2 "managers" have been out. Not a very professional group.

Excellent from start to finish! Clean and a very high standard of installation, I would recommend Jobworthdoing to anyone without a doubt.

Pay us another £5400 otherwise we won't do the job!!!
Job Worth Doing and Zenith Home (Both part of Entu plc) are the worst companys I have ever had to deal with. We agreed a price for my Roofline to be replaced and was just waiting for the installation date. After a few weeks of not being contacted I contacted them only to be told that they can't do the job for the agreed price, I will have to pay an additional £5400 if I want the job done. That is over 200% more than the agreed price. After over two months of emails to their customer/complaints service all I have ever received is a reply saying "A Manager will call you shortly" which no one ever has. Which I assume is all that I will get from this response once it is forwarded. I have now been forced to go through the Ombudsman to try and resolve this matter because it is very difficult to resolve something with a company that refuses to speak to you................I am only writing this review in hope that it will prevent somebody else using their service and receiving the same unprofessional service and stress that I have.
In answer to your reply, my details have been passed on to numerous people over the past two months and no one has contacted yet, so I have no expectation that they will now.

The Same Guys Again Definitely.
Shaun & Liam were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They arrived everyday when they said they would. They both worked very hard, even in the heat! They both cleared up after everyday. They were both polite, friendly, clean, informative throughout the whole project & again an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I can not fault them at all. I would like my comments passed on to the two of them please.
Shaun did inform the Service Centre that I required a lever lever handle for my front door, as of yet I have not heard anything. To which not fault to Shaun.

Highly Recommended
Peter and his team turned up on time and worked continuously to complete the job in one day - 3 doors and 12 windows. I have had new windows in 2 of my previous properties, installed by other companies, but the standard of this installation was the best by far. Thanks guy!

I wish we had read this before agreeing …
I wish we had read this before agreeing to let this company into our house, we dealt with the Perth depot. Firstly they lost a bead and took nearly 4 months to fit it they took similar time to replace scratched panes, still haven't fixed the rubbish letter box that fell apart and I haven't even started on the workmanship, which is poor, the mess left or the abject indifference to customer care. To be fair I phone their hq and something happens, but not if I phone the depot very poor and will not recommend. In fact I am concerned about the quality of the whole installation including the products used and whether they match the spec we agreed.

I will need a call back ASAP!
I have now spoken 3 times with the people from St Andrews about the missed hinge covers and the crack in the front door frame. We also spoke to the fitter twice and he never came back to fix the issues. Not happy that I've spoken to you 3 times now and never had any calls back to sort the issues.

Dont do it... Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever... Salesmen telling me i could have something done and turns out we couldnt... Dont know what thereselling and the installation was worse... windows measured wrong installed me a dodgy wedged in window! Took over a month of heating escaping and breezy bedroom and rubbush communication before the remake was ready. Lack of communication failed to arrive on numerous occasions no phone call to say werent attending sat in more than once waiting for them to arrive.
When window that wss wrong was due to be replaced they turned up without that window but fitted a window that was measure for after the one that was wrong.
Was meant to be delivered that day to be installed and never came.
Spoke to numerous managers shaun, sally and chris no one ever responded. I sat in on easter weekend saturday waiting and no one came despite assuring us they would all the manaher above said to call ... Shaun and sally werent working that day and chris was working but ignored my calls as was in a meeting but a member of his team basically said i just had to sit in and wait! Charming! But did say she would get him to call me Chris then went home ! No call back!! Weve have complained now on numerous occasions and still had nothing back.. Sums them up from start to finish..
My partner stupidly then arranged for them to measure the front porch up... Surprise surprise then never showed up.
Ive now asked for the name of the regional operations manager.
Awful awful awful never again.. The term could organise a **** up in a brewery comes to mind

I debated writing this
I debated writing this, I also debated giving it a "Bad" score but upon reflection I'd be a little unfair just for one reason; the actual finished job of the windows is first class, the fitters know their stuff in that department.
HOWEVER..... the conditions in which they work under is nothing short of messy, lazy and stupid and quite frankly just downright dangerous not only for them but also for myself and my children. I don't think the fitters I got knew what a clean as you go policy was.
Yes they put dust sheets down but only in the areas where they laid their tools. My brand new day old king size Tempur Mattress being one on the areas. They seemed to think that it's acceptable to lay all manner of equipment and tools on a £2000 bed, including a plugged in reciprocating saw being one of them. The place was an absolute disgrace, it was like a bomb went off.
After they installed the first 3 windows, they left around 4 o'clock and said they will be back the next day. They left me to clean up their mess. Don't get me wrong, they did attempt half heartedly to tidy up but they seemed to think it was acceptable to leave piles of masonry, dust, wood splinters and screws in the corner of my hallway on my brand new carpet. Not very child friendly for a 4 and 7 year old. On the subject of the mess they made, I spent the best part of an hour picking out bits of upvc splinters/sawnoffs from my shagpile rug which they didn't even bother to cover before commencing the job. I only discovered this after they left.
I also found tools and various upvc window parts in my child's bedroom; they weren't even doing any work in that room on the day in question; Again not very child friendly.
Wait.... It gets worse. So with me being unable to approach the fitters as my first impression wasn't great to start with (I mean who in their right mind would ask a customer to "Get the coffee on luv") I found them to be far too comfortable and with not much professionalism about them, so no, I didn't feel I could speak to them. I left them to get on with the job while I sought refuge in the garden. Upon their early departure I ventured back into the house to discover that they packed up their tools and left them in the corner of the porch on my freshly painted window ledges and surrounding my children's toy cupboard; amongst the items were a reciprocating saw, battery operated drills, solvent bottles, glue... you get the jist, all the kinds of stuff that children would be attracted to. When the guy asked if he could leave his tools in the corner earlier in the day, I assumed it was the single bag he had in his hand which he said he would cover over. He didn't say anything about power tools or solvents. And No... He didn't cover any of it before he went. I had to go find a cardboard box to safely place all his stuff in it and then try wrestle all my kids toys out from the back of his pile and generally try and make the area safe for my kids to be able access their toy cupboard.
So today it appears they are already making excuses to leave early and want to come back and fit the rest of the windows over the weekend!!!! W.T.F??? It's a 2 day fit out, not 3!!!!
Today the adventure continues. I can't wait to see what they have in store for me today. All I will say is NEVER use this company ever again.
I've got lots of pictures. Let's hope I don't have any issues on the back of this Fit out.

The fitting of the windows was done …
The fitting of the windows was done quickly, efficiently with floors and surrounding areas protected. Following the finish of the installation the windows and work areas were cleaned thoroughly. A demonstration was given on the locking of the windows, and a key for each window provided.
The team were polite at all times, with explanations given when asked questions about the installation.

Jobworthdoing visited our house 3 times
Jobworthdoing visited our house on three occasions to install new windows and door. In every case, the two guys arrived on time, were very efficient in doing the work and were very friendly. After the work was completed, they cleaned both inside and outside the house and we were very impressed with the standard of workmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jobworthdoing.

Takes forever to complete a job - and i'm still waiting
They were installing new doors for me, as well as doing some building work. Doors arrived with the wrong handle and it has taken over a month (and still waiting) for the new handle to arrive. The plastering work has not been done either and the installers tried to get me to sign off on the work before they had completed everything.
The builders have also created huge scratches on my wooden floors by dragging the sofa across the floor and despite sending photos and details to customer services, i have heard nothing. Overall service has been really poor. Customer service never get back to you when they promised.
However, I must add that the work that has been done seems to be done well.
