Job Worth Doing Reviews 

Two chaps arrived early morning and got started straight away.
They worked hard all day, left an excellent job of fitted windows and cleaned up any mess made.
I would recommend this firm to anyone having windows fitted.

We had arranged for UPVC Plinths to be installed the joiner stated he did not know why the salesperson did this the joiners knew better and they used wood and told is to paint them white without any discussion with us. We had painted them white in the past and this chips off with people walking over it. The side door plinth was fitted well the front door is only partly covered this means we have two different levels on the plinth. I would appreciate someone comes and looks at this before I go back to Penicuik. My husband was not present at fitting and wants to contact Penicuik as the fitters did not supply what we paid for.

Just had whole house fitted with double glazing new back door and new front door by two lovely guys David and Duncan very little mess and they cleaned up after work was finished pleased with work done would highly recommend them

invertor stopped working it is coming up to one year & they are still trying to find a replacement.quick to fit solar system as they make a profit.But when things go wrong & it will cost them money they do not seem to care,when you try to speak to someone that knows what they are doing it is a nightmare(would never recommend this company to anyone)..

Had a new flat roof done in August. Job bodged and left with water coming in through my ceiling. Multiple attempts to contact job worth doing and zenith but no replies. Finally got a supervisor to come out 8 months later to inspect. Absolute shambles of a company especially for their prices. Avoid at all costs

Just had 9 windows and 2 doors fitted over 3 days the crew that fitted them were punctual friendly cleaned up every day would highly recommend this company for any jobs required

installed all windows except 1 promised early return... nothing ever heard again... left unfinished surfaces around installed windows. spent 2 weeks phoning promised call back never happened

My experience with this company has been shocking; unreliable, very poor communications, I feel I will given misinformation again and again, spent hours chasing them, disappointed with the service and lack of care, at times rude! It has been very stressful and frustrating dealing with them, never again! It has taken over 3 months for them to complete the job and remove the scaffolding from my property for a one day job of installing windows.

The ladies in the office are doing their best but they obviously have no support from the management. My elderly parents have called them no less than 10 times (!) to arrange for
an engineer to rectify a problem with a roller shutter garage door. Promises to call back with a date have not been followed up. Am hoping now on the 12th call something positive will happen.

Engineering manager duplicitous, says one thing didn't follow up complaint. lack of communication between sales and engineering at job completion, one blamed the other. customer left with extra costs for work not completed, hassle communicating with office staff and management. finally they were legally correct because no proof of sales pitch was available or indeed job spec discussed but not fully written on paper. Salesman was employed by ENTU, 'jobworthdoing 'did the fitting of boiler etc.

After reading some reviews I was a bit apprehensive about getting 8 windows and a door fitted by the Aberdeen (Portlethen) team who arrived in a blizzard.
My worries were unfounded - three great guys worked through the worst of weather and fitted all windows and the door in a professional manner, and tided up after themselves. They explained everything to me and were very approachable.
When finished, the job had been carried out to my complete satisfaction.
Well done guys, you are a credit to your company and thank you.

Just had 9 windows, 2 doors and a set of patio doors fitted on behalf of St Andrews home improvements. Excellent product, polite and punctual fitters, a very clean and tidy job done throughout. Very well done.

The doors was from penicuik and jobworthdoing fitted them, The fitters did an excellent job, was friendly and tidied up after they finished, 5 stars

Worst mistake of me life!!!
Came and ripped of roof line and did a tiny bit of work and said my roof had problems,,,
Workers sat in can for 1 1/2 days waiting for supervisor to come...
One came and left
Next day one was meant to come and meet me never came...
The workers left after 2 days dumped stuff in my garden and told me what someone would contact me ...
Never happened
Left my roof exposed to the weather.....!!!
Been chasing customer services who told me it would take up to 48hrs for Scotland area manager to contact me ...never happened
Then phoned again and was told 24hr someone would contact never happened again
All in the meantime my roof was left exposed...
Sleepless nights!!!!!
Called someone else they came and were also shocked that a big company as weather seal that left me roof like that ....
So don't use them
Also they are trying to charge me for the little portion of the job which they did...
Total joke !!!

Job worth installed 4 doors and 21 windows
1 door scraped by installers 1 door put in squint ,1 door buckled & and French doors were damaged when the arrived .A couple of the windows are in at angles (not plumb ) my house has torn wallpaper and lino after they left. The steps for my French doors took 3 attempt's to make good but top step is still loose .The masonry work around the windows are rough as hell .The 3 velux windows were put in shockingly all the tiles loose around them some broken and a 8 inch hole filled with silicone
on the plus side there was 1 out of 8 workers that was decent that did his bit ok . My guttering and roofline work still needs attention the corners have bits stuck in to plug the gaps
My advice stay away from weather seal because this lot fit for them.
Just a we update jobworth came back this week to fix 4 doors 2 of which are fine but the replacement French doors were fitted at angles at first when I told him I am not having that he fixed that but now they let in draughts
but the fitter says it will mould itself in place (bullssht) the back door on my garage still dosent shut properly either but it will magically mould itself with the sun ?
Its now a year since the job started and still isn't finished

The three guys who carried out the work were fantastic . The standard of there work was excellent and they took there time on the finnishings and it shows in the quality of finnished work.

Lee and Jay ( our window fitters) were courteous, polite, clean and tidy and did an excellent job. A very satisfactory exprerience from Zenith/jobworthdoing.

Having had all the windows and doors replaced by this company I would urge anyone considering using them to be prepared for a lengthy and inconvenient experience.The replacement windows installed in our utility room were fitted offset with the existing concrete sills (the old windows fitted perfectly). I complained to the sales company who referred me back to the installers (JWD) I have to date received 5 calls from their office telling me that someone would call on which date . There have been 5 different people come to `have a look`. Some have shown up late and some not at all with no explanation . All have agreed there is a problem and so `The Manager for the whole of Northern Scotland` arrived yesterday. The rudest, most arrogant person I have ever met. No apology just virtually telling my wife to shut up and telling me I was being sarcastic when I suggested he should Know how to fix the problem and not ask me how to do it. Never ever again! I should have looked at all the reviews on other sites and I would have found out beforehand the similar experiences that others have had.
