Introduction,installation and follow-up
Having been a sceptic until recently, I was impressed with all concerned at the initial presentation. When it was time for the installation, the electrician from Cousins was happy to explain the various components and he worked efficiently, leaving a tidy and presentable completed job. Similarly, the "Jobworthdoing" technicians were happy to explain the installation process and left a very presentable and tidy finished product.

Very good, professional service
The support I have received from JWD has been very good. The workmen were polite and professional and so far everything is working as expected. I needed a few questions answered about the feed-in tariff forms and was given prompt and accurate information when I called. So far so good.

Workmanship Good shame about the surveyor
The first surveyor who came was useless didn't do the job properly said the roof would take 12 panels and then produced the return figures on this assumption. Second had to be sent, better job but didn't know if earthing was needed so charged for it, in the event earthing wasn't needed and now awaiting refund of that cost.
Fitters and electrician were excellent good clean job for them I would give 5 stars but overall rating dragged down by surveyors.
