A great company for a refurbishment!
A great company to upgrade your kitchen! It cost a little more than I would have expected but in fairness, the quality is excellent, and it’s been a flawless experience from start to finish! Andrew and Paul came in on Monday to fit the doors, followed by Jake (to fit the worktops and new sink), and Steve (to connect the new hob). All the installers were very professional and polite throughout the installation, as well as being very polite. They also did a great job of cleaning up! After sales is spot on as well. Highly recommended!
Dreadful service from this company
Dreadful service from this company. Short deliveries, no control over fitters, wrong items delivered with long delays for replacements. The job took 4 months to complete. (March to July) I cannot recommend them.

We have just had Joe's Doors replace our kitchen doors and do quartz overlays, we found the service excellent, both men Warren and Thomas were very amicable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company
Excellent result
Work was excellent. Slight problem with item delivery was dealt with efficiently. Very pleased when check made to make sure we were happy with work done and end result. Fitter was top quality, efficient and skilled.
A professional service from start to…
A professional service from start to finish. Absolutely delighted with my new work surface. Expertly fitted and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.
Beautiful quality. Great service
From ordering to fitting there were no problems. ARTUR the fitter was really pleasant and very tidy we were really impressed with his workmanship. Quality of the worktop overlay is brilliant. It has made a massive difference to the look of the kitchen. We are very happy and would definitely recommend this company.
Five star kitchen business
A Very easy process of getting my kitchen designed and remodelled. Phil was extremely patient with mine and my partners wishes and visions. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a kitchen remodel! Five star service!
Refreshing out tired kitchen with new work tops.
They came and gave us a quote with lots of different samples. Explained everything. Sent us communication as things progressed. We paid instalment as required and the final payment to the installer.
Everything was dropped of a couple of days before hand after we agreed. The installer Garry was great as was the gas man who sorted out that part. Great job lovely finish. Great company, fully recommended.
Poor workmanship and customer service
A mixed bag. Needed a kitchen revamp to our new (old) home – we choose this company as opposed to a local service based on reviews and adverts to replace kitchen / utility cupboard doors and work surfaces.
Post rep visit and later surveyors, dates were given for the work to progress. Firstly, all the doors, worktops, sinks, cornice, pelmets, hinges, glues etc arrive 5 days before work commences – you have to store this somewhere. The whole deal came to around £12.5K, however you have to pay the actual kitchen fitters and worktop fitters separately after their work.
The kitchen fitter called the evening before with his first question being how are you going to pay – I prefer cash. On arrival the next day again his first question was when and how are you going to pay me. He must have asked me 5 times that day, and then even asked my wife when I went out! He moaned about the pay / time indifference between his job and that of the separate worktop fitters.
Toward the end of the day they reported a damaged door that would be future replaced and that there were excess unrequired items (2 x doors, 1 x plinths) that presumably I had paid for! It all looked okay with the new gleaming doors thus we paid.
In the daylight of the new morning, we discovered in removing outside the old kitchen parts the fitter had completely destroyed one of outside mains lights, in that it had been smashed off the wall and just hanging by the mains cable. We then noticed further damage and defective parts:
1. New unit door (approx. size 60 x 70cm) fitted in utility room has blemish / hole.
2. Kitchen pelmet has blemish in finish (approx. size 62cm length).
3. Kitchen Lower End Plinth (approx. size 60 x 87cm) has chip / blemish.
4. Kitchen vertical lift door above fridge/freezer has had one hinge cover broken off (Blum Aventos HK-S hinge).
5. Caulking not carried at all – leaving gaps between walls and side panels.
6. Poor finish to internal door 90-degree corner posts (x 3).
7. Long kitchen cupboard internal draws no longer can be pulled out (due to incompatible new door hinges fitted to cupboard door),
Several re-visits over 3 months were booked to make good (constant re-visits needed as the company kept sending the incorrect replacement items) , but alas the broken light (they stated they would pay for) remains unpaid and our long pantry cupboard internal drawers can no longer be pulled out on their runners.
Since then, other poor elements have come to light whereby the door pillar surface is peeling away (5 months old). Photos requested by the company, but then ignored after I requested refunding (£50) for the damaged outside light. Most disturbingly, a few weeks back a large heavy panel (some 2 metres x 600mm) has fallen away smashing against the wall (lucky we were out, someone could have been seriously injured). Most of the panel securing screws were found on the top of our fridge freezer it was located next too.
In contradiction to the poor installation and terrible contradictory customer service, the worktop fitter was a true artisan and did a fine job as did the guys that came to effect repairs (if only they had been given all the right parts to complete the tasks). Hence two stars.
All in all, I have a kitchen 4/5 months old with a large panel that has fallen off, peeling vinyl, cupboard drawers that cannot be pulled out and zero compensation for the broken light and an uninterested customer service rep. Would I recommend this company? A firm no.

New kitchen worktops
I have recently had new kitchen worktops installed. There was a bit of a wait for installation (11 weeks), however we were pleased with the general communication throughout. Jake was our fitter, who was very polite, professional and created a lovely finish to our makeover. He went the extra mile to provide the best service. We had initially ordered a chrome tap, however, we discovered a black one had been installed in error. Despite this we really liked the black version, so decided to stick with this. Nevertheless, this could have been a hiccup if this hadn't been to our taste. The waste from the installation was collected promptly 2 days after. Overall we're very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services

Completed in a professional manner
The installation of my kitchen doors and worktops was very professionally completed by Account Manager Rikki, and fitters Simon and Mark
Recently purchased quartz work tops…
Recently purchased quartz work tops black sparkle. They look amazing. From our first encounter with Mason there was no hard sell. Following that first meeting Emyr the surveyor came to measure and Garwyn worked quietly all day and was professional and did an excellent job.
Then a follow up call from Rikki touching base to discuss our experience. Outstanding service from all and would highly recommend.
The fitting was a breeze. Thanks Phil
The fitting was a breeze. We didn’t even need to empty the cupboards, there was hardly any mess, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. Huge thanks to Phil for making the whole process so easy. I’d definitely recommend Joe’s Doors!
The sales rep was personable
The sales rep was personable, knowledgeable about the products and had many samples of doors worktops and colours to show us. We have decided to have Joe's Doors do our kitchen makeover
It was a very smooth running experience…
It was a very smooth running experience from my initial first appointment with salesman Anthony who was both helpful and informative ,through surveyor and refurb.
I am very pleased with the finish and receive only good impressive comments.
The original visit to show us the samples was on 3rd June 2026
The original visit to show us the samples and advising cost was friendly and productive. We then had a chap who came to take all necessary measurements who was very pleasant and explained how the tops would be joined. Our fitter Tudor was excellent. He was considerate in putting sheeting down throughout the house as cutting was done in the front garden and didn’t want to traipse the dust throughout. He was friendly polite and even made a small adjustment which we welcomed. Tudor tidied up and you wouldn’t have known he had been. Communication by telephone was easy and we were well informed.
