Barry Downie was amazing,couldn't do enough to help.Wish all salespersons were like him.Barry went out of his way to send me videos of the cars I was interested in and even came in on his day off to show me these cars as I was travelling from Dundee. Very friendly & knowledgable salesman , not in any way pushy . Gave me ample time to make my decision . Accompanied me , at my request , on my test drive as it was an awful day of weather & I was nervous about taking car out .
After purchasing the car I was kept up to date with its progress throughout til delivery at dealership. Admin staff member very courteous while arranging delivery date & went way beyond what she had to do to ensure I was happy with my selection of number plate . I appreciated that touch very much. On collection date, I had a good experience at handover with the Product Genius/Handover Specialist who took plenty time & patience with me . He explained all the controls, features & choices in the car very thoroughly. Overall I was very happy with my purchase of my new car.

An A5 worth the buying experience
Recently purchased a slightly used Avant A5, dealt with David Robertson who is just the most patient, detailed, customer- oriented professional, knowledgeable about the product (and honest enough if he does not know some).
