Poor sales services and communication!!
Poor sales services!!! Went into the showroom wanting to purchase a car for my daughter but literally got no service!! Left waiting for ages!! Finally a salesman asked if we needed help and we told him that we would like to reserve the car, but we were dealing with the other salesman to start off with. We were left waiting for another 20 mins !! And we literally left and said to contact my husband regarding the reservation. Took a bloody long time to sort out the documents!! It’s just bloody inefficient to me!!

Following up on my previous review regarding Audi Aberdeen charging thousands of pounds for unperformed work:
I have now officially commissioned an independent investigation, which is currently being carried out by a specialized, independent garage. Once completed, the full results—including the exact price discrepancies and every single item Audi Aberdeen wrongfully charged me for—will be made entirely public.
Furthermore, I am currently compiling all supporting evidence of these malpractices. Every single estimate, video footage, invoice, and piece of correspondence will be handed over to prominent automotive content creators and consumer watchdog influencers active within the UK and international automotive sectors.

Unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional! Proposing work that has just been carried out and double charging work that they say has been carried out. I can honestly say that customer service is never heard of here. Avoid this dealership, there are far better places to go where you don't feel scammed.
