First experience back in December was excellent - test drive two cars and chose the model I wanted to order. It was all pretty simple and I expected the car in the middle of April. I was really happy to get a call at the tail end of March to say the car had arrived, fantastic. The sales people and Manager we encountered were so friendly and approachable and I know that if I have any questions at all, there is help a phonecall away. Would definitely be happy to use them again and would recommend it. The only thing I would change is it would be helpful to have been shown all the different features on the dashboard before I drove away! I have since managed to read the handbook though. Overall, It was a really good experience.

The assistant an Nissan, James McNaught, did not pressurise us in the slightest and gave us all the general nformation we required in order to decide that the Qashqai wa probably the car that interested us. On our next visit I came armed with several pages of details of the Qashqai and a list of questions that would have flumoxed most people. He answered every question I raised, either immediately or, if in doubt, found out the correct answer within a few minutes.
The car arrived in the time period given and after a week or so driving it I am very happy with the quality of the car and the deriving experiance.

Alloy wheels replaced
Had to have corroded alloy wheels replaced under warranty. Clark Commercials were very helpful and accommodating in relation to inspection, reporting issue to VW and securing a swift resolution. Very happy with the service received and the replacement alloy wheels.

No meaningful communication. Vehicle was with you for two weeks. A fault that was described as intermittent and brushed off has occurred both of the last two days.
Much as I appreciated the goodwill gesture of paying for my DSG service I would not recommend anyone utilise your VW commercial business.
