New Skoda Octavia …
Expectations were set on the delivery times of my new Skoda,; the delivery time was less than expected which was good. The timing could have been better for me personally re the exchange of my car, moving finances. The experience felt a bit rushed, but it happened. Buying a new car is not the event that it used to be . The car was set up and time was taken to explain some of the key features of the car, which was appreciated.

I've had a Skoda for a lot of years and found them to be really reliable cars. I've also known Alan the sales person for many years. It's good to have someone selling you a car that you trust to give you a good deal and answer any questions you have.

I had a very positive experience as stated above with a very professional, organised and attentive salesman who made the process easy.
I had a very positive experience with the salesman, who was very attentive and organised, while in at the showroom to replace my car. Everything was explained to me very clearly with added options which were available. When i had some technical issues due to my antiquated computer, he was able to smooth the problems. My vehicle was delivered in a very timeous manner. The salesman was very helpful in linking up my mobile to the new car and also explained the many new features that were available. all in all I had a very good experience.
