Having spoke to Jay @ Perth in regard to an online sale (Fabia) he listened and delivered. No numerous calls to move the sale forward, just calls as and when for the sale to be completed. As a customer that is what I asked for it was delivered.

I'm on the lookout for a new car and happened to go in here for a look.I hate a hard sell but like to be able to ask questions about finance etc without having my arms pushed up my back to sign on the dotted line.Both people I spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to furnish me with the answers I needed without threats of decapitation if I didn't sign up there and then😁.I usually hate buying cars,I wish every garage was like this one.

Bought a Superb from Skoda Perth, was met by Jack McCrossan with a warm handshake and a relaxed but professional manner. Every aspect of the experience was calm and stress free. All my questions were answered in a friendly and respectful way. So if you are looking for a Skoda in or near Perth.....ask for Jack.

Dishonest, not customer friendly and quite honestly I would not buy from them again. Spent hours in their shop waiting for a valve to be changed on a tyre that I pointed out had a problem when first purchased. I live 95 miles away and had to drive there and back. The problem wasn’t fixed and I took it to a local company that fixed it immediately. Also issues with the condition of the car internally, windscreen covered in a substance that Im still trying to take off and that’s been 8 months ago. Also not serviced prior to handover. They better provide a better service if I have any more issues!

Relaxed atmosphere, good selection of vehicles pleasant salesman

I took delivery of our fourth Skoda 9 months ago, fully expecting it to be as trouble free as the previous models. We have, however, been equally disappointed in the car, a Kodiaq TDI SEL 4x4, and the dealer. None of the many issues with the car have been resolved. The salesman was well aware of the need for a towbar and sent me to local supplier, Alba. At no time was I made aware of the problems that would cause. There was no mention that the addition of what is an inert piece of steel would require "coding", that VAG Group do no facilitate this, and without it, the car refuses to reverse with a trailer attached! The dealers early response was that this coding would become available, but 9months on, there has been no progress. Basically the car is unsuitable for purpose.
I would also warn anyone considering the Skoda Kodiaq that the so called "driver assistance" is anything but. Our car has on several occasions, refused to move, into and out of tight parking spaces. Constant pulling and twitching of steering on country roads which have no white lines, random severe braking for no good reason (risking being rear-ended), random braking and acceleration when using cruise control. The auto wipers appear to be totally random and wiper operation is awkward. Also irritating is the rear view camera dominating the screen till the car reached 10mph forward, so that SatVav and radio are not available when exiting a car park or narrow drive. Clearly buying the same model of car again, assuming it would be the same or an improvement, or that the dealer would sort out the problems was my mistake. A very expensive mistake!

Overall my experience at John Clark Skoda Perth was very good. David Murrell the sales executive who we dealt with buying the car was extremely helpful. He kept me updated by phone during the whole process.
