John Clark Motor Group - John Clark MG Dundee Reviews 

I have no intention to ever use the services of GarageJohn Clark MG/ BYD / Geely Dundee. MG ZS SUV Hatchback 1.0T GDI Excite 5dr Auto, went in for repairs multiple times and was never fixed and was never enabled to return to be used on the road. Experience was disappointing (car went in, repair expensive, was informed car was ready, picked up car, immediately had fault, returned car immediately, car taken back to garage and spends days/weeks. Then the process starts again and again, car couldn't be used/driven), last time i returned car, we thought it was finally fixed, drove the car for approximately 200 miles/1 or 2 weeks after collection of car, car was taken to another garage for MOT and same fault was identified during MOT process, Gasket that should have been fixed at the start of this crazy process (oil leak). John Clark MG/ BYD / Geely Dundee wants me to pay again for the previlage. I have paid over and over again and payments appears to exceed value of car.

John Clark MG/ BYD / Geely Dundee,dropped car months ago for fixing, paid over and over again for various faults found after release of car(collected and returned immediately as fault not fixed). Repair costs now exceeding the cost of car value. Disappointed with MG car and the services of John Clark and I have no choice but to keep paying for repairs(pay/repair/pick up car/immediately drop car off again and the cycle continues), please get me off this roller coaster.

Bought my MG HS PHEV from John Clark Motor Group in Dundee. Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman, Stephen Smith was professional, helpful, humorous and extremely friendly throughout the process. His jokes were a bit naff (lol) but apart from that nothing was ever a bother. Always available to answer questions when I called. I would definitely recommend to people to use John Clark MG Dundee for their purchase.

I found Marc was very professional and honest. Kept me fully updated at all times .I would definitely deal with this young man again

Brodie who dealt with us was great. He gave us the space to look around the cars but was always close by to talk to. Everything was made simple to follow and documents were very easy to sign.

Brodie even gave me a little MG horse after I told him I own a horse, which is now still sitting in the back seat!

Friendly, no pressure approach from salesman Steve. Very knowledgeable about the car and explained the finance plan clearly. Suffice to say, my wife bought a car from here the same week. Would highly recommend John Clark MG. Really enjoying the car.

I called into their MG site in Dundee. My keyfob wasn't opening to reveal the emergency key. The technician whose name I didn't get replaced the damaged part free-of-charge. Excellent service

Enjoyed the service we received from our sales person, Brodie. He was knowledgeable and provided answers to our questions. He tried keeping us updated as things progressed until we finally were handed over our car.

Absolutely amazing through out whole process though communication post sales hasn't been the best.

Nice professional service from the salesman and very helpful when it came to explaining how everything works in the car, as being a person of a certain age!!! ( still remember how to do points and plugs) was able to put my mind at ease with modern touchscreen things, no matter how many times I asked he was able to talk me through it. Nothing seemed to much trouble for him, many thanks.

Steve Smith made the whole process quick and easy. He is patient- with a car idiot- and clear in explanations and helpful. A sense of humour helps here. His advice was excellent and never rushed me.
There were one or two teething problems after picking up the car but these have been sorted promptly and Kara at the desk was very good.
