Very positive experience with sales, Stephen Smith kept me informed and answered all my questions, unfortunately I've had issues since day 1 and the service department has let the company down as it's going to take them 4 weeks to even look at it, one issue was a tyre going flat!!!, Stephen offered to help with issues, which I declined, kwik fit fixed 1 issue and hopefully the other will get fixed in a couple of weeks

I bought my skoda kodiaq from dundee branch and have to say from looking for a car to actually dealing with the sales executive Andrew it was first class.if I had any questions after purchasing the car they were only too helpful to help . can't highly recommend specalist cars enough for your next car.i say again first class service from start to finish.

Having to wait six weeks at the Dundee…
Having to wait six weeks at the Dundee Specialist cars is unacceptable for an oil change.
I traveled to Perth branch, some 30 miles from my home.
The service was very good and much quicker, I would rate them 5 stars.

Excellent customer service
Craig was excellent. He was helpful and informative. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying my car. He answered all my questions and made the whole process seamless and easy. He even came in on his day off to hand over my car.
