Great Service From Beth Mitchell

Excellent service Mike Matthewson!
This is the second Mini I have purchased from John Clark Mini Tayside. Mike Matthewson was my contact on both occasions. Mike was fabulous, he was so kind and caring when I bought my first Mini that I knew when I wanted to upgrade it had to be him that helped me order my new one. The after care from Mike was first class. Thankfully Mike was there ready to guide me to my new Mini. Mike takes his time asking me what I want from my car and explaining the different models that would suit my needs. He is extremely patient, especially as I ask a lot of questions, I never feel anything is too much trouble. Mike thank you, you were right…I am loving my new automatic!

Good overall experience
Good overall experience. I usually buy my cars from Arnold Clark but decided this time to give John Clark in Dundee a go as they were offering the best deal at the time.
Sales person didn’t have to do too much as I knew enough about what I wanted but a smooth transaction when I did receive the car.

Warning lights
Great service , helpful staff . A lot of problems with brakes, bearings , warning lights etc .. a lot of work done and finding out all the problems . My mini now drives like new .. no warning lights . Great … so happy with the hard work they all put in . Thank you .

very good customer service but we had unknown charges
very good customer service but we were charged for half tank of fuel (for a new mini) not seen that before and a service charge which we knew nothing about as it was never mentioned. Thought that was not the best customer service although David Sandison was very helpful when new car was collected and took me out in the car as I had not driven an automatic before. Well done David helped my confidence. Thank you!!
