I recently bought a used Mink Cooper from John Clark Mini in Aberdeen, after having the car for a few months I felt the clutch was a bit heavy in comparison to other cars I have driven. I phoned John Clark Mink Tayside who organised a diagnostic test on the car within a few days of enquiring. After the team at John Clark Tayside looked at the clutch, they informed me that it was in good working order and there was nothing to worry about. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience at Mini Dundee with Alastair as our host. Originally looking for a used Mini as a 2nd car but settled on a excellent condition BMW 3 series trade in from the sister company. We were treated with great respect from the team at Mini and the buying experience was superb as a customer. Very rare in todays market. Also a shout out to Richie who completed the sale and made sure the vehicle was serviced and prepared.

I give the 1 star reluctantly. I’d give zero if I could. Typical car salesmen in this place, talk the talk to get the deal signed and when there’s a problem they all start blaming each other and pass the buck. Very unprofessional. On taking to others about my experience turns out I’m not the only one.. I’d avoid at all costs. Went elsewhere in the end.

Really pleasant experience dealing with Callum over the phone and email, talked me through the car and sent me a personalised video very promptly. Happy to answer all of my questions and patient in dealing with my enquiry.

This was my first time dealing with John Clark Motor Group, overall I had very good experience. A big mention has to go to Callum Smith who I dealt direct with over the purchase of a used Landrover Discovery Sport. Callum was most helpful from arranging a test drive through to taking me through all options for purchasing the vehicle, which I have done. I certainly would have no problem with recommending buying a car from JC Motor Group, especially through their Tayside (Mini) branch.

Beth Mitchell was very friendly and kept me up to date at all times. Showed me everything I needed to know about the car. 10/10 for customer service and beautiful showroom.

I had been looking for a particular car for a couple of months when this one came up.
Contacted John Clark via their online chat function and Beth Mitchell emailed early the next morning to offer assistance. From there things have been exceptional, I’ve spent longer buying shoes than this car!
Beth knows her stuff, is super friendly and helpful, accommodating changes in my diary and we now have the car we wanted 🙂
