Disappointing service at JC Nissan Aberdeen
Our initial visit to JC Nissan in Aberdeen was positive. Jack quickly concluded that a Nissan X Trail with Tekna Trim would suit our needs. We saw a sold car but encouraged to consider using Finance to purchase a New one. We left to think about it.
Over a week later we noticed the car we had seen still on the website with “Click, pay and collect” option so enquired again, Jack again said it wasn’t available. We opted to test drive a lower spec car before committing to buying and appointment was made.
Following two curtesy emails from JC Aberdeen we arrived to be told Jack was with customers and unavailable for the test drive he had arranged. A colleague whose name we didn’t get was extremely helpful, but after some time talking to others and looking on forecourt, he had to conclude the Demonstration car was not at the premises that day for us to drive.
We are extremely disappointed our custom didn’t seem important to Jack/JC Aberdeen. We had travelled a distance, and no attempt had been made to alert us to any problem or change appointment date or time.
We'll take our trade elsewhere in hope of a better customer experience from Nissan Cars.

Outstanding customer service from my salesman Andrew. A perfect gentleman & very knowledgeable. Kept me very well advised throughout the entire process of purchasing 2 vehicles. Andrew even managed to source my second vehicle from another John Clark outlet & had it prepared for me ready to collect at the Aberdeen Nissan showroom. I was kept very well informed every step of the way regarding both transactions. It has been an absolute pleasure to have dealt with Andrew, and with John Clark Motor Group! 😃

I recently passed my test so was looking for a small car. Jack was able to help us settle on a final decision. He was able to answer any questions I had and put me at ease. Picked up the car today and am very happy!

Poor service quality, won’t do it again
Not the best experience a customer would want. We ended up buying the car but we had to chase the team there for answers that should flow naturally.
The car was not ready in time although there was agreed timing and when car was deemed ready from JC, we found it very poorly addressed and arranged.
We strongly hope the car will be fine and won’t need repair return during warranty as we’re concerned about the quality of service we would receive.
I’m not sure where the bottle neck actually was but ultimately our experience as customer was extremely disappointing.
Would I recommend someone else buying with them? Probably not.
Would I return to buy from them? Probably not.
Would JC do something about our review? Probably not even reading it.

Took delivery of my new Nissan Qashqui E-Power…
Took delivery of my new Nissan Qashqui Tekna recently upgrading to the E-Power model ... this is my 3rd Qashqui and the most impressive so far... its also my 6th Nissan to date, which says a lot about the manufacturer, the model and the Dealership.
A few minor issues during the process, which I would add were quickly resolved to satisfactory, and indeed, delivery was two weeks earlier than expected! Hand-over on the day with Jack Edmonstone in Sales went quite smoothly during a paticularly hectic Friday morning for the Sales Team.. Staff are always very pleasant, and there's always a nice atmosphere at the Dealership.

Brand new, 2 months later broken. 2 years later. No response
Bought a brand new quasqai from them. 2 months later all sorts of of faults on dash display. 2 years later and I am still waiting for a fix from them.
