Easy to arrange test drive; friendly, warm sales people; time was taken to explain the invoice when I queried aspects and no pressure was applied to have documents signed by a certain date/time; collection arranged easily and vehicle preparation was professional. Also had great post-sale communication and they helped with a noise issue which I had identified in the days after receiving the car

I got all the information I needed on the beginning of my purchase and support throughout the process. The only drawback I found is that I had to ask twice for getting two orders to be cancelled as I didn't ask for them, everything else was great.

Recently bought a car from John Clark Edinburgh and salesman Brian Masson made the process easy from start to finish so I would definitely buy from here again

Brian Masson took time to explain to me what was going to be done with my used Honda Jazz recently before I could pick it up. He also took care to explain the additional options that were available in detail. Yesterday, he checked out a few things for me and also fixed a warning on my display that should not have been there.
I am so grateful for the help given as just being given a 600+ page generic handbook is just not good enough for me!! Thank you!!
