I advise ANYONE not to buy a car here especially an ID. I’ve had 3 lots of door handles and endless problems. Phone lines just ring out. Nobody answers. So fed up with this. You ring VW UK and they have slopey shoulders too. Just rang to speak to service manager and the line went dead…..joke of a company. VW AND JOHN CLARK. Stand up and face customers problems!!!

Great service from Paul Hardy. Reserved the car and travelled up to Aberdeen to view and test drive. Going through all the process buying the car he was very thorough and professional. Collecting the car the next week all went very smooth. Would definitely recommend specialist cars.
