After 4 years with my first Volkswagen I had no intention of looking elsewhere, and the care and expertise I dealt with 4 years ago were the same today. Requested work not completed
My car was booked in online for its yearly service, I noted that I wanted DSG oil change/service, 2 front tyres and new front wipers. the service was complete on the day however the wipers were not changed, DSG service not completed and no new tyres even after they picked up on them in their health check. When I phoned them they said they never knew about the DSG service request, they said it was too late to fit the tyres that day and they would fit new wipers which they never did.

Excellent service
All The team at John Clark was kind and courteous
From the telephone team to the lady in new cars showroom they came to assist me and made me feel comfortable
Gary met me on my first visit and put me at ease on my request for a certain used car and through his dedication I have a car that was explained to me and all the internet forms that had to be completed.
Adam assisted Gary to get the car ready for me to pick up.
I then went and left my garage remote door controller in my old , which Gary brought to my house to save me the journey into Aberdeen.
Again thanks to the John Clark team and definitely 5 stars to Gary and Adam.

Great experience all round
Great experience buying a car from a John Clark, Adam the sales rep was fantastic throughout. Very helpful and informative.
Car fully explained, with video before arranging test drive. When arriving to test drive, the car was fully explained to me before setting off.
Had noticed a few unmentioned scratches (larger and deeper than the usual wear and tear) these were putting me off the specific car due to the fear of rust etc. They arranged for the car to be polished and it came back a few days later looking great.
On the day of pick up it was super simple and straight forward even with the part exchange.
Would highly recommend.
Fingers crossed I won’t need to be back anytime soon, but when I do I certainly would go back here.
