Great communication
We were looking for a vw t roc at a decent price with not too many miles on the clock and grant found us exactly that, we thought the St Andrews branch was very welcoming and they made the entire process much easier for us and a far less intimidating experience , thank you again grant

Not the best customer service, or preperation of car.
Found the car online, agreed price , agreed on car having ceramic coating before pick up, agreed pickup date. Then problem with car which pushed back pick up date which meant we couldn't pick up on a reasonable time scale, so agreed to meet half way.
Received car, but on washing it when we got home, the car was covered in iron fallout/contamination, it had certainly not been ceramic coated, or prepared for a ceramic coat.
Called the garage to inform them of the problem and spoke with Ryan who's telephone manner was awful, he laughed at me through phone when no senior manager was available for me to talk to so asked to speak to the valeter who cleaned the car to see what was done.
Few days later and I spoke to the manager and he offered a full refund for the ceramic coat (£399) without asking for any evidence at all (which I offered) this lead me to the conclusion that they knew the car was a mess before it left the garage and it hadn't had a ceramic coat.
Car is currently getting machine polished for proper application of a ceramic coating.
After this experience, I don't think I would consider John Clark for a vehicle again.

From start to finish; first class service. I have recently ended my first finance agreement on a car and the whole experience of providing me with all options available was made so clear.
