The salesman was ten out of ten
The salesman was ten out of ten. He asked all the correct questions, offered me paint protection, finance, et all. I refused. Cars great. Delivered on time. The salesman was friendly, polite, very personable, credible and professional. He would make me want to come back. However the corporate doesn’t fair so well. Several email after email pushing for sales of the stuff the salesman had diligently already offered and I had declined. I just felt John Clarke was wanting to squeeze every last penny out of me. Trust your staff. He was great and covered everything. I felt somewhat badgered by the corporate machine. Shame really. He worked so hard and is an asset to your organisation. Shame the organisation let the organisation down. Also, please spare a thought for those that don’t like technology. I just want to come in, choose a car, pay a deposit, return to collect the car showing my documents and make the final payment with my bank card as I did when I bought my last Volvo and all the other cars before this. I felt this time I required to be on line for ages answering emails, taking photos of this that and the other sending emails.

Adam Cardy handled our sale and handover extremely well. He kept in touch on a regular basis with the delivery date and explained everything thoroughly on the day. Great service (and lovely coffee/biscuits!)

Sales staff were extremely helpful
Sales staff were extremely patient and helpful while purchasing my new Volvo due to Volvo having IT problems and my problems dealing with esign.
Hand over was done well and salesman was very knowledgeable in all departments.

What started as a very poor experience…
What started as a very poor experience became a positive hand over when the salesperson changed. Unfortunately almost a week later though the original finance has not been settled or the remaining balance returned. I would have expected this to have been completed within 48hrs as per previous purchases.

Excellent, genuine customer service
Our whole experience from first going into the garage to have a look at a new car, to the final handover was excellent. Our sales contact was very helpful at going through our requirements and discussing everything with us when we ordered the car. He was great at keeping in touch and keeping us informed of progress, and Volvo’s support through their portal is really good.
We felt like we were buying a car rather than having one sold to us.
And the customer service hasn’t stopped since we bought it. We’re very pleased with the service we’ve received and love our new car.

I took my car to Volvo in Aberdeen to…
I took my car to Volvo in Aberdeen to see if they could sort my car as it was pulling to the left. Within an hour of them having the car they identified the problem and then fixed the car. Paul Foulbrook was absolutely fantastic and his team did an excellent job. I can’t thank them enough.
