Mini major service
I used John Clark to service my Mini. After making the booking I had to rearrange at short notice, which they did without any problems. I was kept updated during the day and the assistant was very pleasant when I went to collect the car.

I was impressed with the service…
I was impressed woth the service overall. However, following an incomplete update to the SatNav on my vehicle , I am currently without this facility. I would expect that prior to releasing the vehicle, this should have been functionally checked by the supervisor. The issue is currently being resolved, although 10 days have now passed since i reported the fault and a full resolution has not been met as yet!!

Staff treated my car and myself with genuine interest and care. Luved the use of the Audi Cam, I appreciated the no hard sell to get additional work done at that time. I will return. Indeed I'll probably buy my next car from there.
