I recently purchased an Evoque from your Dundee branch, the sales executive we dealt with was Caroline Dunlop, her help was excellent. We were most impressed with Caroline's product knowledge, her tech skills were incredible from setting up our phones to explaining all the gadgets, we are after all a couple well in our sixties. We explained to Caroline that this motor would have to suit us both and also do us for several years now. Caroline has a real knack of putting you at ease but also a brilliant knowledge of the motor, never talked down to us and answered all my e-mails in a timely manner. We would certainly deal with her again and indeed we are as I cannot get the download to work on the car. You have real superstar on your sales team who went above and beyond to help us.👏👏👏👏

I contacted John Clark Pentland land Dundee re a car new car on the website. Pauline contacted me and we arranged for us to come down and view the vehicle from Aberdeen.
We arrived to a warm welcome from Pauline and sat and discussed the vehicle in question. Having all our questions etc answered we decided the purchase the vehicle. For Pauline nothing was ever a problem even my silly questions re vehicle before pick up.
On handover day again everything was plain sailing. Having had our car for nearly a week now we are absolutely delighted with it. It was a five star experience from start to finish and would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from here again.

First class service and attention
First class service and attention, however i cannot understand why when trading in a vehicle , it is looked at all over and a price given at the time of purchase, that is shown on the invoice and deal done. It is paid, then on the agreed uplift time the salesman once again keeps you waiting while the car is looked at again. What would happen if the price required to renegotiated ?And for what reason.
