Lewis our sales manager was excellent in the whole process. Only hitch was waiting on a part being fitted to the vehicle before it was allowed to be released.

Our salesperson, Caroline was super. She explained everything perfectly and was willing to spend time with us.

Pre sales was fine. When the sales advisor was off no one wanted to take responsibility however, after the money was sent everything went down hill. calls after calls and advised they were busy, took 2 weeks to get a correct invoice, and the V5 to which they blamed a busy offsite admin team. Vehicle arrived and sent pictures of 2 issues and still to date no resolution just ignored. Very dissapointed in what i really didnt expect from the original contact. Very dissapointed and would have been a lot lower if the initial contact hadnt been as good.

A true centre of excellence for purchasing a Landrover Defender. Clear web site information giving current stock details, and excellent reception staff communication to link the customer to the appropriate member of staff to best support the enquiry. The showroom environment is modern, spotless, and with all the amenities you would require. My sales executive was Kris, who was impeccable in his delivery of professional customer service. An example of which was bringing my prospective car into the delivery bay because it was a late very cool evening. Thoughtfulness like this is a rare commodity. The rest of the sales process was similarly enhanced with support, care, thoughtfulness and sincere consideration to help the customer as appropriate. Qualities which I value highly and undoubtedly influenced my purchase from this branch of Pentland Landrover, Dundee. From initial enquiry to delivery of the car we were made to feel very special, customer service at this level is rare and very special. I’ve also experienced some aftercare support which continued with the same level of quality. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this garage into the future and would have no reservations in recommending others to do likewise.

Dundee Pentland Landrover. Not one for writing reviews normally but the contempt and outright arrogance of this dealership beggars belief. They are very happy to take your money (i bought two cars from them with service plans) but if anything goes wrong they do not want to know. My car had a serious engine failure and they would not even let me recover the car to them stating I did not have a JLR warranty (they didn't even have the courtesy to ring me to offer extended warranty before the standard 3 years expired) . This resulted in me going to Peter Vardy in Aberdeen - chalk and cheese - Peter Vardy could not have done more for me.

Pentland Land Rover Dundee customer service is non existent, they have absolutely no concept of the customer experience ... I will remember Pentland for all the wrong reasons, my experience from almost beginning to end has been terrible, bad service, poor communication and a lack of any assistance, I had to return an unserviced car with a door fault and to top it all off when I asked for some help to get a taxi to the local station after travelling 80miles to Dundee, I was met with the arrogance of one of the senior managers "get your own taxi" ..My recommendation to potential buyers is to do your homework on the aftercare before agreeing to buying a car from these guys, obviously a culture thing from the top, bad leadership, when they have your money trust me they will do absolutely nothing for you. Never again.

Its always a pleasure to visit the Pentland Dundee showroom, the staff are always on hand to answer any questions without being overbearing and from deciding on a vehicle through to a follow up after sale courtesy call, we cannot fault them, just a great service every time, well done guys.

I was impressed by the welcoming and very efficient reception staff. All service work was carried out efficiently and quickly, and the car was returned in first class running order. The courtesy vehicle was also first class. The showroom staff kept in touch throughout the day. I felt like my car was the most special one in the workshop. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Outstanding customer experience

I took my car to this garage as I received a recall from Land Rover for a replacement steering bolt. When I took the car there the steering wheel sat level when driving straight .. after the work the steering wheel was sitting at an angle when driving in a straight line, if I try to straighten it the car veers to the left!! I contacted the garage to be told it’s nothing to do with them as they only fitted a new steering bolt.... even although it’s only happened after they worked on the car. I was advised by some unhelpful service person that if I wanted them to look at the problem it would cost me money to have it fixed. I also had to call the garage back a second time after waiting a day to receive a call back, after my initial call regarding this issue.I’m disgusted with the service, and will never recommend them to anyone. I drive an older Evogue .. I’m pretty damn sure if I was looking to purchase one of there overpriced cars ..they would have been more willing to help me. Not a happy customer 😡

From the moment we arrived in the showroom, to when we drove out of the showroom, everything was perfect. In fact, our contact with Ben from the start was first class- he was helpful, polite and friendly, without being pushy, but he must have done a great job because we purchased! We are extremely happy with the car, and the gin's not bad either!

Arrived and dropped the car off with service to be greeted by a lovely lady. Spent the day in Dundee, received the car back at 16:50. First offering was the bill, which was exactly as quoted and paid without question. I was then handed the car keys and told the car is outside round to the left and it would be round from the valeting. Car arrived, it was loosely washed, inside wasn't hoovered neither was the boot. Rather disappointing when you spend almost £2k in a day. Car was previously maintained by Pentland in Edinburgh and everytime it was in, whether that was a service or a repair, the car was returned spotless. In addition to this, nobody showed me how to install or remove the tow bar, no instructions were left and I had to hunt for the keys. Found instructions online. All in rather disappointing.
