Staff(Julien and George) on initial visit were friendly, approachable and quickly arranged test drive in my desired vehicle. Was very happy with test drive.
George Mackie then took control of all paperwork including retention of my number plate, taxing and complete readiness of vehicle making the whole process enjoyable. Collecting car went smoothly.
Very happy with purchase. Since collection I have received a follow up call to ensure all OK.
On further visit, Ellie quickly helped me with small query I had .
Altogether has been very enjoyable experience and look forward to future visits for servicing etc.

I highly recommend Pentland Land Rover - Elgin, the customer service provided to us during our recent visit was excellent. From the warm friendly welcome at the entrance, through to the Service Team - all were excellent. I was kept updated at all times on the progress of my vehicle and the associated works prior to and post completion.

Absolutely the worst car dealership
Absolutely the worst car dealership in the country, lied from the outset, lied to JLR when reported to them, added options to the car that weren't ordered and told me to "take it or leave and wait 9 months for another car"
Paid a deposit on a new LR Defender for my business, told them I didn't want sidesteps fitted (£2k option!) and not functional for my needs. Went to view the car and saw they had fitted the side steps. They refused to remove them and said I could "take it or leave it". Then lied about it to JLR saying they had a signed order form confirming I had ordered the side steps but then couldn't produce it as it was never signed.
Then said they had reached out to me (which they hadn't) to order new vehicle (and wait 9 months for) so just lie after lie and everything to crew every last penny out of the customer.
Will never order aa vehicle from them or JLR again (after 18 cars in 14 years) totally shocking service. Avoid at all costs.

George is great
George was great from the first phone call to the collection day.
Having come from a Porsche the handover experience wasn’t as good no reveals etc.
Porsche also give more gifts but that’s Porsche. I can’t complain about getting the yeti cup though.
Can’t fault George though.
